Avoid at all cost. The service was horrible. We waited an hour for our food. The lobby was closed (it was 5pm) and the phone was off the hook. My husband had to stand at the drive thru window, in the rain, to let them know we’ve been waiting. Mind you, about 25 cars came and went through their drive thru and we waited an hour. The manager was extremely rude. She told the staff to let my husband stand outside. We eventually gave up waiting after an hour and left. Didn’t get a refund because they refused to talk to us.

These kids that work in here are messing with people. They asked me to pull up after I only ordered one burger, the served four or five people that got there after me. I went in to get my refund then, they said "we can make it now" so I waited again to see more food go out the door to cars that just pulled up. I will give you some advice. Let the people know that there will be a 20 minute wait before they pay so that they can have the option to leave in case they have an appointment. Nothing but problems here. No people skills and I have heard the same from several people. Why doesn't Chick-fil-A have this problem? They care. (Last time I was here they left out a burger.)

So disappointed. The French fries were brown and soggy. I was looking forward to the shamrock shake but instead I got a vanilla shake with a thin green line of what I assumed was the minty part I was looking forward to. I will try another location to see if they do the same.

Some of the worst employees we have seen. They continuously screw orders up and leave stuff out of the bag. They seem more concerned about playing on their phones than doing their job.
Placed a mobile order at 8 it's now 9:10 still waiting.

Never gets orders right. Had to park in the curbside to wait on order. Forgot our drinks. Lady took my receipt with drink list and someone STILL forgot a drink. Had to wait on it. Spent 20 minutes waiting to order & another 20 to get our full order!
