The general manager I believe is such a mean man quite frankly. I came in there during breakfast time after my shift had ended and witnessed him yelling at multiple workers that appeared to be under the age of 18 years old! I’m not sure what the issue might have been but i know for a fact that I see this crew working extremely hard to try and meet each costumers need. He needs to learn how to talk to his crew members better.. I haven’t seen this at any other McDonald but this one!!

I was told ( in the drive thru) they would open the door for me to come inside to pick up my door dash order just for the manager and another female employee to look at me and say to each other( how do people keep getting in here?) instead of greeting me and asking me what I needed so I could leave to complete my dash. I will not be picking up any orders from this location( sorry guys it’s not worth the attitude or your money)

I placed a mobile order and says pick up at the counter. I go inside they say I have to go thru the drive thru. I go thru the drive thru, they say the dont have my order. All that extra stuff for nothing just for me to cancel my order and them to tell me when I go bk inside; oh I see it Now ma'am shows canceled. Get some workers that wanna work ! Giving me the run around over some food. For what! A waste of time.

Employees do not know how to key in a side of Big Mac Sauce. I have never visited a McDonald’s in the US or Mexico that cannot do this. I can’t rate the food because I did not end up ordering from this establishment.

Got the order wrong and gave a regular hot coffee instead of a cold coffee and when my sister picked it up out of the drink carrier the lid was not put on correctly and the whole large coffee spilled all in her lap and her legs. We had to go in and get napkins and let her change her clothes, they never offered a helping hand or ask if she needed medical help just a oh im sorry

This one gets a better rating than the other McDonald's because they've only forgot the bacon on my sandwiches once, and usually don't burn the meat, but you'll be waiting days for your order. Slowest McDonald's ever, day or night.

I mean does georgia really have any good customer service? This place is just one more place I hate coming to but ya know.. kids sometimes want a happy meal. NOT ONE person used any manners. No thank you no happy demeanor taking my order just “order when you want… I order.. is that all?.. pull forward”. And takes my money and hands my receipt and closes the door. No thank you no words. Than next window “pull forward” to park me. Like get it together. Food sucked by the way.

This is my favorite McDonald's to go to in Georgia, plenty of seating, a TV to enjoy, with nice high ceilings allowing air to circulate. Unlike other McDonald's locations who've done away with free refills on drinks, this location still allows it and that's a wonderful thing because we all know fountain drinks are overpriced and cost the company probably a nickel lol. The staff here is always chatting amongst themselves when they're on break which shows good team spirit. Sylvia seems to be there when I go and she is always keeping the seating area clean, which is nice. Seems like a lot of customers in this location don't clean up after themselves, which is not the company's fault. People should clean up after themselves and make the work of the employees at McDonald's easier considering how inviting they are in this location. Great job to everyone around and I hope they stay busy! Just want to mention the child's play area is really well maintained and children are always romping around having fun in there. You don't see too many locations this consumer friendly anymore.
