If negative stars was an option this place would get that. Waited over 25 minutes for our food when the place wasn’t busy only for the food to come out wrong. Ordered a bbq bacon burger and came out with no bacon. Wife ordered a mcchicken with mayo and came out with no mayo. No ice for the drinks, no tea in the dispenser. Asked for ice and they didnt have any at all.

I was trying to get food before I went to work. Everyone was very disrespectful they didn't acknowledge anyone or said anything to no one just kept doing orders that was already taken. Customer service is very poor and I was very disappointed in all of them including the manager. I will never be eating there again.

Told my friend how bad this location was and he didn't believe me. So I bet him a cheeseburger meal that they will get our order wrong. Lo and behold, I ordered fresh fries with no salt they gave me cold fries with salt burger meat was also dry suffice to say that I ate for free today

Do not come here!!!! You think it would be convenient to hit this place on your way out of Walmart but these employees don’t have a clue. There is no urgency and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at this point with no end in sight. A guy in front of me said he’s been waiting for 45 minutes. There is one person assembling sandwiches and a whole lobby full of pissed off customers and he stopped to check his phone and send some texts. The customer service ever in Hinesville is absolute trash. These people are basically stealing the money they are being paid in wages.

I pick up quite frequently from here delivering for door dash, there is one manager in particular who is beyond rude. Upon arrival I asked about my order, this lady (who is the manager on shift) basically yells at me "we aren't doing those today." While the shelf has door dash orders ready to pick up, again with the worst attitude she states" those are different, matter of fact go ahead and go, we closed" Did not expect treatment like that from a name like McDonald's. Go to another McDonald's.
