First was going to give me another persons order and then went back inside and played in the back. Went in to see food sitting cold on counter. Never going to this trashy place.

First, let me say that I have worked at McDonald's twice in my life and multiple other food service/customer service/retail jobs. I understand when employees are overwhelmed during a rush, etc. I have a lot of patience when it comes to these places.
With that said, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The app is awful too, which obviously has no bearing on this particular restaurant, but it's another negative. I've tried to order through the app just to have it tell me that nothing I'm ordering is available at the time (which they should be because I know what times they serve breakfast, etc).
Anyway, I tried to go through the drive-thru last Sunday. The line was moving along fine which seemed great. Then I go to order and the automated recording goes off. I try to order. Then a quiet voice says "hold on a minute", I say okay. I wait for a few minutes, then ask if I can order. Again, quiet voice says "yeah, hold on." Okay... I wait for several minutes, see cars moving on in the second line.
Then I say "hello? Can I order now?" Again, "yeah, hold on." Seriously? I gave up because I needed to get to work, so I drove out of the line. Not the first time I've had issues with this place, but it's not worth it. I know they were speaking quietly because they didn't want anyone to hear them telling me to keep waiting. Go to Wendy's instead.

Their jingle should be "welcome to McDonald's how can we mess up your order"! They consistently mess up orders, and they are super slow. You can most likely find the staff talking in the kitchen and one person working rather than fulfilling your order.

Offering no beverages due to no co2, so I go back into Walmart buy a,soda, asked for a cup of ice, and get charged, when there the ones unable to accomadate drink, fries, sandwiches were cold, bun was hard and not eatable, won't return, poorly handled

I love McDonald's buttttt Please build the sandwich instead of slapping it together. Pay attention to ticket info, told them no lettuce...got home lettuce on sandwich and in box. It even it even had a ticket on the box that said no lettuce. Please do better. Thank you from a loyal fan.🥰
