Ordered a Dbl quarter and couldn’t even eat it there was to much seasoning on the meat cheese and buns. My high blood pressure could have really went sky high after this this could have made someone be sent to the hospital.

For Desiree Awesome customer service although yall slow. But hey it's fast food. She busted out the line, greeted people with a smile, and addressed everyone's concerns in a polite manner. Excellent customer service young lady!

The service was horrible... it took no less than 15 minutes from ordering until I received my menu #9. Why does it take that long to receive my order? I only stop there bc my Granddaughter wants McDonald's. It's embarrassing.. the issue is bc there is absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

The service is trash at this location, I normally don’t even eat at McDonald’s but today I was craving a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin so I placed an order online at 10:49 am when I got there at 10:57 am to pick it up they informed me that breakfast stopped at 11:00am, I politely informed them the order was placed before 11:00am and they were still insisting that they weren't gonna make the order because breakfast ended at 11:00am, this was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced the staff is lazy and nasty towards customers

10/10 would not recommend

They do not put the lids on good with their coffee, my sister picked her cup up and the lid wasn't on good and the entire cup spilled all over her and burnt her leg.

Advertises as being open 24 hours. Place an order online order is confirmed they take your payment then you get there and they’re closed. Put the correct hours. Simple.

This has happened more then once at this location.
The burgers that we received from this place were over cooked and tasted like someone cooked them on a dirty griddle. No favor and dry . Fries tasted like they had been reheated . Sad thing is they weren't even busy. This McDonald's has poor food and service. There is no excuse for this !!!

Every single time is the same. They ask you to pull of front you wait they bring the wrong order or missing items. You have to end going inside and no one no one acknowledges you. They are too busy talking and having fun to care. My husband just left his food and walked away. Last time Mcdonals is permanently off my list. Also the drinks taste nasty every time.

I'm a door dash driver so I visit the EG Miles location multiple times most days. The employees do not care about customer service at all. It seems they believe dashers are not important . It should not take 10 to 20 minutes to get a to go order ready or any order as a matter of fact. Perhaps managments presence is not there when needed. I haven't seen a manager when I've been there and the employees act as if they are not being supervised. That restaurant is by far the least professional of all the restaurants I deliver for in the Hinesville area. Time is money for me and McDonald's, I wish your team understood this fact and would try harder and cared more about customer service.
