I went and ordered breakfast yesterday and the lady at the window charged me for the wrong order I waited 30 minutes after they pulled me. Someone came to my window and said you owe me 25 dollars I was confused then she took my card and I waited for another 15 minutes and I went in and got my card and food every time I come to this McDonald’s they pull me and make me wait for over 30 minutes. One time I had to wait for an hour then when I went in they said they had no order on the screen I had ordered through curb side pick up them I did not even get any compensation for waiting 1 hour I’m not going to lie this McDonald’s is the worst I have ever been too. And the customer service is terrible.

Tonight was a totally different experience when it comes to this McDonald's. Normally I would have to wait. Inner parking spot for 15 to 20 minutes in order to get my order. But the crew that was working tonight did an old school move, which resulted in me getting my order in less than 4 minutes. Even though I had special requests on my order, I was still able to get my order hot and fresh and make very well in less than 4 minutes. I was not kicked forward to wait in a parking spot for 15 to 20 minutes. The crew tonight did an excellent job and I'm very impressed. Thank you to the crew that work tonight on the 17th of December.

Just turn around. Theres nothing fast about it, go to a nice sit-down restaurant. At least there you expect the wait and it's worth your time.
I honestly try not to leave bad reviews at restaurants because I understand some days can be off, co workers may have things going on, etc. however, as I wait here for over 30 minutes for my order for the 5th time I just don’t understand. It’s almost like they’re using a cigarette lighter to cook everyone’s food with one finger. There hasn’t been a time where my order was available in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for the name McDonald’s, this location would be shut down like many restaurants in Hinesville. How does the manager look at these wait times and say to themselves “yeah, this is acceptable”?
