I've noticed when I've went on the inside If one of the Asian( females) servers is serving, I receive less meat, less rice, and less noodles. If my son didn't want this food like he usually does.I would have left it all in the restaurant. I did notice that the person in front of me got quite a bit of meat, noodles, and rice. I don't understand why they have to shake the excess off the ladle before putting it in your tray(get about 6 nuggets) and teriyaki chicken, I've seen them cut up two breasts, I only got one. If you want them more than the six pieces, it's a upcharge. And then they only give you two pieces of chicken . I will just have to go to Savannah and get my food. It's a long drive, but it's worth it. This storer in Hinesville has lost me as a customer. I know they don't care, but I will tell anybody that wants panda Don't go in there. As much as they charge per plate, it's not worth it to me.

Awful service the cook was cooking but the rest i can't say 3 people handling my plate before my order was complete. All with crappy attitudes. Another washing her hands 4 times to keep from doing my order. While looking at me like I did something wrong. The cashier was in the bathroom and Noone else can use the register? And last the manager in the black jacket also ignored me. And when I asked to speak with the manager she simply walked by me and sat down with someone in the dining room. Showing me exactly what the problem was. Bad manager. This used to be my once a week stop. But not any more.

First time eating here. The restaurant smelled amazing! Going back!
After ordering at the drive thru & paying. I was told Rice needed to be cooked. 5 mins later I was told to park out front it will be brought out. 10mins after parking I walk in. My food was sitting on a tray. They had gotten busy but no excuse to forget a customer. They had also forgotten an item. I'm not a frequent visitor of panda but when I am something tends to rub me wrong....

I went in there and got my food to go and drove home. I was eating my food, which was good, but I found a piece of metal shaving AND hair in my chow mein...other than that, everything was great it just threw me off and I lost my appetite.
