After ordering at the drive thru & paying. I was told Rice needed to be cooked. 5 mins later I was told to park out front it will be brought out. 10mins after parking I walk in. My food was sitting on a tray. They had gotten busy but no excuse to forget a customer. They had also forgotten an item. I'm not a frequent visitor of panda but when I am something tends to rub me wrong....

I went in there and got my food to go and drove home. I was eating my food, which was good, but I found a piece of metal shaving AND hair in my chow mein...other than that, everything was great it just threw me off and I lost my appetite.

We’re huge Panda Express fans in this household - they deliver super quickly & the price is right. We especially appreciate how CONSISTENT they have been with the speed of service and most importantly the taste of food. Until tonight… the beef tasted like melted plastic? And the chicken… I can’t put my finger on it but it it just didn’t taste right. Yeah… guess we’ll be taking a break from Panda Express :(

I’ve lived in Hinesville for 20 years. Almost every place has very poor customer service, but not a PANDA EXPRESS. every dang time I go in there I’m met with smiles and cheerful people. Which is actually wild for this town. I got my food fast and fresh. I choose to eat here solely on that fact alone. Kudos to the whole team. Go check em out.

I ordered online three meals, everything was good until we open the kids meal and there was no grilled chicken just the rice and the vegetables (my husband had to put some of his on the kids plate). I will be checking the plates from now on because I can't trust the service, $7 for a kids meals without chicken.
The food it’s good but overpriced I’m paying extra for the shrimp and they gave me only 4 pieces!!!

The manager was making fun of my slight stutter when placing my order. I was definitely dumbfounded and taken back by it, been eating there multiple times, and never had any issues.

I get the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken plate with white rice. The last couple of times, I had to wait for them to cook food because they ran out of a lot of stuff that my family eats.

We've had a bad experience here once, old food, barely any meat, burnt orange sauce, but recently have had a better experience. I'm assuming there's new management because the food the last two times has been good. Keep it up and we will return!
