The bread was to hard to eat, the drink tasted like something was wrong with it, the salad was mediocre at best and all for 20 dollars. I'll never go back.

I frequent Panera alot but am from out of town. I decided to come in and get something to eat for dinner. The lady that took my order was not friendly at all but the grossest part..... when they called my name for my order, there was a big black pubic hair on the bread!!!!! I pointed it out and not one person said a word about it. They remade my food without acknowledging or apologizing or acting like it was anything at all. Never again at this location!!!!

Lately this place has disappointed me! Every order i have placed in the last month there's been an issue, not receiving all items in the bag, orders not made correctly, missing drinks etc. Such an inconvenience to leave with your order and get home or back to work and don't have the correct items, order made incorrectly, consistently! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and then for the lady at the window to get an attitude and say we'll you need to make sure you have all your items before departure. SMH

Panera bread hinesville Ga...
I've been visiting Panera Bread over the last three years, and until today, I was never asked for my phone number to earn points. Every other time, I was told that I had to have the physical card for them to scan. Even within the last week, I visited twice, and no one asked for my phone number — it wasn't until today that this changed.
A huge shoutout to Jacob for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made my experience so much better. I truly hope he continues to have a wonderful day, and Panera Bread brings in more employees like him. His friendly demeanor really made a difference, and I'm looking forward to returning!

There was dirt and dust everywhere. I’m surprised people aren’t sick
Asiago chicken stacker was so good. 🔥 went thru the drive thru. Very nice . Waited patiently to take my order. When I picked it up , I was sincerely thanked and the young lady actually made eye with me while wishing me a good day. But that sandwich! Omg it was so good.
