Panera bread hinesville Ga...
I've been visiting Panera Bread over the last three years, and until today, I was never asked for my phone number to earn points. Every other time, I was told that I had to have the physical card for them to scan. Even within the last week, I visited twice, and no one asked for my phone number — it wasn't until today that this changed.
A huge shoutout to Jacob for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made my experience so much better. I truly hope he continues to have a wonderful day, and Panera Bread brings in more employees like him. His friendly demeanor really made a difference, and I'm looking forward to returning!

Asiago chicken stacker was so good. 🔥 went thru the drive thru. Very nice . Waited patiently to take my order. When I picked it up , I was sincerely thanked and the young lady actually made eye with me while wishing me a good day. But that sandwich!

I hadn’t eaten at one of these in a while. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was so much better then I remember.
Soufflés are arguably the most sold breakfast item here . Went in @ 7am and asked for one. Not a single one, not because they sold out but because they didn’t feel like making it. That’s what I gathered when an associate ,who I assume was a manager, didn’t offer any explanation…

Literally the WORST service ever. We had a simple order that we placed in the app. We pull up to the drive thru and after a bit they finally respond to us. They tell us to pull around and she hands us the drink. Not saying a word to us. We say thank you, because we have manners 😊, and she shuts the door on us. When she hands us the food, we try to say thank you, once again. And she shuts the door on us and walks away before we even bring the bag of food through the window, into the car.

I'm so sick of the idea that the only way we can combat bad customer service is by leaving cruddy reviews. I wish that we could just get a workforce that put forth a little effort. I just left panera without placing an order. After I was ignored by the staff for 2 minutes. Looking at the staff talk to each other.

Like I have read on other people's post. I ordered off of Panera bread web page. My order was delivered. They forgot a item. I called Panera bread to tell them that they said the doordash guy forgot the smoothie that was sitting on the counter. I have to call doordash to get a refund or a replacement. I said I did not order from doordash. I ordered online from Panera bread. Still you have to call doordash to get your refund. So I called doordash. They told me that they could put a request in for a refund but that's up to Panera bread if they're going to give me one or not because doordash came to pick up my order. I spoke to the manager at Panera bread. He hung up on me. I called back he told me I was rude not to call back and they're not going to do nothing. The only thing that I wanted was my smoothie. I paid $43 for a salad a 2 oz cup of mac and cheese, a chocolate croissant. Two halves of hard ass bread that I did not order and a smoothie. I guess that's my fault because I should of went in and sat down and ate my food there and had to pay there. To get things correct, evidently people don't know how to do refunds on checks that have already been delivered. Sad. I will not be ordering from Panera bread again
