This is the worst Panera I’ve hoenstly been to. They never get your order right, be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for ever even when not busy.

No, let me tell you about this place here. Yeah, this place needs some work from the staff to the food to the atmosphere. The restaurant is dirty the staff is rude and they could care less about your feelings or what you buy what you get and if it’s right or wrong, I really don’t appreciate it as a customer. I’ve had several interactions with the staff, but they seem to care less. I asked for a manager, and it seems like they just ask another coworkers that their friend and play of as a manager. With the drive-through the dining in in the curbside pick up all of them, someone please come and help this place they need proper management. Panera do better.

20 minute wait time for a sandwich

I love Panera, but this location has just about the rudest staff you could imagine. No interest in doing their jobs. No attempt to even appear conscientious. Just rude and indifferent. I'm in here at least once per month. Every once in a while somebody might surprise me. But today the woman who answered the phone hung up on me when I called to ask if they were open, since it's New Year's day.

I am so disappointed, I don't even know why I still give that place a try every now and then. Not only does it smell weird the moment you enter the place, but I seem to always be an inconvenience being a customer to the people working there. There is a wait without even anyone in front of you, because of course chatting with a co-worker is more important than serving a customer. The food is often lukewarm instead of hot, which means it's cold within minutes. The grilled cheese is a joke and should not be allowed to be advertised the way it is.

Great breakfast and excellent service. Businesses operate best they can in this town. A town where some who are able to work refuse or employees find picking up a broom are too much for them. I’m saying it’s a task and the majority of the businesses here manage to do a good job. If someone leaves a review about systems down, equipment not operating, staff is overwhelmed and they’re inconvenienced, this would be considered lashing out, I suggest you be patient or cancel and go elsewhere. PS, most of you sit in drive throughs for 45 min?
