Waited over 2 hours for an incorrect, cold order to arrive. You can forget about calling the store to request your correct order, they just place you on hold so you can rot while listening to the worst loop recording ever made. When they finally take you off hold, they just give you attitude, not solutions, and then hang up on you. No one here cares.

Honestly as someone who’s worked here, it’s really not worth the money you’ll end up spending. Looking at some of these other reviews it’s crazy to see complaints that are still happening a year and a half after I left. There’s so much y’all don’t see behind the counter’s that I’m honestly surprised this place is open. Does anyone else remember the bugs? You could go anywhere or do anything in that store without finding a bug. Gross just gross.

I love their pizzas and garlic bread. Depending on who's working. Attitude and atmosphere can vary. But 8 out 10 it's usually pretty good.
Food was delivered on time but food was COLD when it got here. they used DoorDash to deliver it but should have been steaming HOT. Ordered thin crust spinach and tomato pizza for $15 (on sale) and got here litterally so over cooked it like eating a saltine cracker with some melted cheese on it. They forgot to put the Alfredo sauce on it…. no toppings on it maybe 6 pieces spinach and light sprinkle of Tomato if that on large pizza this pizza should have been COVERED in toppings my gosh what a rip off! So disappointed. But my thin crust works is good.
Looks like my husband should’ve looked at the reviews to this place before ordering, he is a truck driver who’s delivery got delayed and had to stay in Hinesville he ordered a pizza and the girl said she was having trouble running his card but when we looked at our bank the card had been charged multiple times. When he and I called back we were told to dispute it with our bank because there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. The girl I spoke to was very rude and clearly doesn’t know how to do her job

I don't like buying without knowing the price of it. I've not been able to find a price on the website before ordering. I didn't even see a price list in the store. Not a good business move.

I used to deliver for this papa johns the food quality and customer service is absolutely horrendous I tried to make things right with every customer that came in the door or who I met with on delivery management always went against me they don't know how to arrange their older food products in the cooler so you might get expired dough with soggy toppings I have seen roaches all over the store and crawling around the makeline and never have I ever seen anyone clean the general manager doesn't care nor does the district manager I recommend not ordering from this papa johns and just let them go out of business.

First, I generally have very little issue with this restaurant but it’s been going down hill each and every time we go.And I really wouldn’t be writing this review but I asked them to contact me after I filled out the survey and they didn’t. So here goes:I ordered 2 extra large New York style pizzas with extra cheese, one with cuppy-roni, for me and my friends for dinner last night.The pizzas that should have EXTRA cheese, barely had any, and I have a broken foot so this was the one thing I was looking forward to, and the pizza was rock hard. We couldn’t even EAT the pizzas they were so bad. It was like chewing on cardboard.I don’t care if the prices are higher at Pizza Hut, they have better quality and when you pay for an addition there: you actually get it.

Me and my wife order 2 ppapdia and it was basically the same order except she want banana peppers on it. Well we get our orders delivered, mine was fine for the mostbpart, but hers had banana peppers as desired but little meat. We could count the meat on the sandwich with one hand. Called complained so they did make an attempt to rectify it and made another one and sent it to us. My wife gave the driver the 1st one and he left, she opened up the box to eat once again, we'll would you believe this?! It was just the same or worse than the first! So now she is having to eat something that was improperly made once again and I was sitting with her and would not eat until she did. If this is how they are going to serve the food, then we will definitely not do business with this location again. I generally order from them a few times throughout the month while I am at work just for a quick fix of food. Not no more. I will let all my employees and coworkers know about this and other surrounding dealerships in the area not to order any food from them.
