Came in the other day to pick up my pizza and looked and saw that it was missing a topping so I told the manager who is an older skinny white guy and he started going off about no refunds and we aren’t gonna remake the pizza when I was just letting them know that it was wrong. Honestly he was just incredibly rude, Look like he was even rude to his employees .Very unprofessional will not be coming back.

after i ordered online it said it was gonna take 35 mins on the papa track. it ended up taking over 2 hours. i tried to call multiple times, and no one picked up the phone. once the food finally arrived it was already cold. order #1236393436. it wasn't a complex order, and i don't live far. if you cant back up the time on the papa track or come close why have it? if you don't have people to work why open or accept any orders at all?

Ordered. Got there 30 min later. Still had to wait another 30 min before the even started making the food. No one wanted to work the end of the oven so pies were crashing. Lots of staff but apparently only the guy making the pizza is allowed or knows how to cut them and box them up. Won't return

Don't select customizations because they don't pay enough attention to change or add anything when you've requested it. Mid-afternoon on Saturday. Also, that cheeseburger pizza.... Not a fan.

Ordered two boxes of pizza from location on Friday night. Was sick the entire weekend. Found out it was food poisoning today. While speaking with the nurse and retracing my tracks, this seems to be the norm for people that eat there during peak hours. The staff doesn’t care about cleanliness while trying to get orders made.

Must be a new manager or staff. No one wears gloves. They talk over your food while preparing it. An older gentleman literally wiped the sweat off of his forehead and then stuck the same hand in the bucket of jalapeño peppers and placed a few inside of a customer’s pizza box. I didn’t even place my order. That was all I needed to see. Won’t ever be back

I order about once a week for a movie night. Recently, they have fallen off. They have forgotten items, or not cooked to instruction well done, etc. I recently ordered wings with my pizza, they forgot and assured me the driver would be right back. They got delivered the next day at noon.

We order a meats pizza from them on 4/19. We order from the frequent. I have to say this pizza was not fit to eat. I was wondering where the meat was. I have been a great customer in the past. But I will have to rethink before reordering again.
Good pizza, small salad bar with lunch buffet on weekdays. When you pay, let them know what pizza you would like on the buffet, and they will try to accommodate you.

Tried to call and couldn’t get a good connection. Went into the store 10 minutes and the worker said they’re not taking any orders right now. 4:15 pm on a Wednesday. Terrible customer service and terrible answering system.
