Mr. Phillips Seafood Hinesville

I'm a new customer and they had an attitude with me and got smart with me and told me that they was about to hang up the phone on me, because I was asking questions about stuff on the menu. I'm asking because I've never been there and that is no way to talk to a customer.

My first time at that place the potatoes wasn't done,my food had no seasoning on pit ,it wasn't cook with love,no kind of taste we spent 50 in total because my man got fish ,only to small sausages in my boil with the one cluster ,had no meat ,it was over cooked,the only thing was good was the corn sad place

First time ordering food from this place, I ordered the fish and shrimp combo with a side of COLDslaw, it was warm and had a fishy taste to it. My sister ordered a whole snapper with okra and hush puppies, the okra was over cooked and hush puppies were not done in the middle. Then on top of that when we asked if they gave military discount the lady taking the order laughed then asked the guy in back and he replied no and then asked how many years where served. They need to work on customer service.

Charging people an arm and leg for mostly POTATOES is diabolical. I had high expectations for this company but was ultimately disappointed. We separated the actual shellfish and corn to differentiate. Please do better .

Friday I wanted fishing and Okra so I order it and it was great. Fish was fried 😋 real good and the Okra was good also

Had a party went to Phillips seafood for a low country boil, salad and peach cobbler. The food and service was great.

I paid $86 and change for med shrimp that I got sick of of not once but 2 times I really didn't wanna think it was the shrimp at first but the second time confirmed it shrimp was small squishy and mushy and I got sick 2 times go to waltourville meat market 5 pounds for 40 and they big and firm!!!! I tried reaching out to them but got blowed off and hung up on ! 00000000STARS

They burned over half of my shrimp but still chose to send the send the order out to me. I should’ve checked my order before I left the restaurant.

Not the sexy seafood place where it will blow you away, the food is what your parents fry in your kitchen and is seasoned perfectly. The customer service is pleasant, friendly and homely. They are regular people trying to gain your business not this robotic service where your asses are getting kissed. Good food great people!!!!!

Wonderful food. Customer service was great food was full of flavor not too much seasoning...I order 12 oysters and received plenty with a full serving of Low County boil. Crab shrimp potatoes and 2 Corns with sausage will definitely be back.

I ordered a low country boil that was mostly potatoes maybe 10 shrimp and 4 pieces of sausage and 1 piece of corn wasn’t worth the price

In town visiting looked these guys up went to the place and ordered 1lb of crabs with okra and hush puppies wifey had catfish filet cole slaw with fries it did not disappoint. Thanks everything was great ?

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. I have lived in Hinesville Georgia for 20 years. It never fails every time I order something from this Phillips seafood, customer service is horrible! There's this one guy I think he could be the owner very rude and very just customer service is he's just he need to go sit down somewhere!
I am so disappointed with them you can call them they close at whatever time they close they close 30 minutes plus, before the store closes. I started calling them at 7:15 today it is a Wednesday, they did not pick up the phone and (they do it on purpose).
When you order a catfish that's the only thing I like their. For big catfish that give you two tartar sauces even when you asked for more they still may give you one more it's just ridiculous that you guys want to up your prices because you added on to your building I don't know what for because I don't even believe you guys are going to be in business for long it's ridiculous people are talking about you guys and you give two squirts about what people have to say.
I have ordered some gumbo from there I took one spoon full and spit it out it was so salty! I thought I was going to have to have an amputation it's ridiculous! Very stingy I don't know what to say about this place here if y'all going to be up for business you should consider seeing about child's customers you guys want money but you don't want to do what it takes to get money like keeping your store open the to the time that you're supposed to close! So what you got to clean up! That comes with the business get over it! People are talking about you all I walked in the other restaurant and I heard people talking about you'll.
You know better do better. Set the example!
I love the catfish, you can't even order that through doordash. STOP BEING SO STINGY! I PRAY TO GOD THAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT SERVING THAT NASTY GUMBO, THAT'S SALTIER THAN THE OCEAN. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET TOGETHER THAT'S ALL I GOT TO SAY I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH! GET IT TOGETHER! IF NOT CLOSED DOWN. QUIT TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY! TOO STINGY TO GET SOMEBODY EXTRA TARTAR SAUCE, WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THAT!

Customer service was good and food was fantastic. Will definitely return in the future
