I placed an order online which said it would be ready @10:24pm. I pull up and they’re closed. The one on W Oglethorpe was also closed despite their posted hours outside saying open until midnight and ordering still being open online. I wonder if the workers are boycotting!! Very strange. Very disappointed I got original Pan to have it be extra fluffy and it was soggy like if they kept warming it up over and over it was just very chewy when I try to bite the crust I had to pull on it. My pasta had a lot of parsley on it which I was unable to eat, I got eight boneless wings with mild buffalo sauce. The sauce was very Tinky and sweet. It didn’t taste like buffalo it taste like lemon pepper with extra sweetness. It was very disgusting. I did not eat my food and it’s unfortunate because I did The big dinner box and I paid extra for the pan for both pizza. I paid extra for the cheese sticks, I paid extra for the upgrade for the pasta and I didn’t eat any of it. It’s just sitting on my counter. Very disappointed because I usually have great experiences at this Pizza Hut, and I drove from Allenhurst all the way over there, which is 23 minutes there 23 minutes back just to eat some crappy food super disappointed

Everytime I order from here my pizza is wrong or underwhelming. It's always a let down. Either when I pay for extra toppings or use the customize feature to add extra sauce(for example) it's ignored or overdone to the point it can't be eaten. Pizza has been undercooked multiple times. I don't typically leave reviews until I've reached a boiling point. This Pizza Hut is trash. The people seem cool but the product is absolutely trash. Will not return. ✌🏾

Most of the time they don’t even have drivers! They uber eats your order without telling you. Which I live on a military installation which requires special ids to be permitted. And of course none of the uber eats drivers have one. The environment is basically ghetto and unprofessional. They never have the things for like promotions or have any quality touch. Manger refunded me my 60$ back after of few days of telling me she will “call me back” which btw- never got my food. Would not recommend. However the wings at Pizza Hut in general bomb

First visit. Ordered easy and conveniently in the app. Food wasn't ready when it was estimated to be ready. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was sketchy, run down, and dirty. The bacon-cheese bread sticks were good. The supreme pizza was completely unedible. Tasted like extreme yeast! I ended up trashing the whole large pizza. The New York pepperoni was barely edible as it was overcooked. My worst pizza hut dining ever. 1/5. Won't be back.

Pizza was nasty & tasted old. Boneless wings barely had sauce on them. Manager was in the back yelling & cussing at the employees. Called back on a different shift & was told to call back later. Only for the GM to refuse to rectify the situation. My guess is she was the one yelling & cussing in the kitchen. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I ordered a chicken and bacon melt at 10:14 and the lady told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to be delivered so I ended up waiting over an hour until I called back around 12 in the afternoon!! She claims she thought they were out of ingredients but then said they weren’t ! So I called back again to see if they were coming and now she claims there is no ingredients and said she called me and left a voicemail which she did not. Never will I order from them again. She was such a weirdo.
They say they have done in but they don’t, they have a couple tables and a few chairs… pizza is way way to expensive here unless you eat often and can build points or use a coupon! One large meat lovers with extra cheese and a two liter Pepsi was $43 bucks!
Good god , That pizza was disgusting! the pizza tasted like sour milk. The cheese didn’t look right. We are writing a refund to Pizza Hut.Never again…Terrible!

Listen who ever the manager was Wednesday 9-25 she needs a raise. She was the cashier, she had to make the food and give the customer the food. She literally was in the store by herself. She had no driver or no employees.. and her attitude was A1.. she definitely held it down.. so I definitely didn't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes for my food.. and I eat at pizza hut about 3 times a week..
