TLDR: I screwed up and the wonderful woman at Pizza Hut provided the best customer service experience ever.I placed an order on the app; an hour later, I went to check on the delivery status only to realize I’d ordered carry out. I called; sure enough, the pizza had been ready and sitting for some time. I know I sounded frustrated when I said I’d come get the pizza. Ten minutes later, I pull up and another lady told me the pizza was coming out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and thought there had just been some sort of mix up. A few minutes later, the lady I’d spoken with on the phone came out and APOLOGIZED for my wait, saying she’d put another pizza in the oven for me. I have never had this awesome a customer service experience in Hinesville. Seriously. She made my day. Absolutely did NOT have to do that—the mistake was mine. I didn’t get her name and am kicking myself but if _1os means anything to management, give that woman a raise. ♥️ Also, we regularly order delivery from here. Pizza is almost always hot and fresh, and the delivery drivers are pretty great. Wouldn’t recommend dining in; doesn’t look like it’s made for it anyway, but they do have a couple tables and chairs.

The delivery time was great, and the food was very, very good. Not too hot, not cold at all. The website is very intuitive. My one complaint is i checked extra pepperoni, and yet there was barely any. But thats okay, i can forgive because the pizza was still very good.
Pizza was okay. I've had better pizza from Pizza Hut.

The service displayed by Jason and Erica this morning on 8-16-23 was unheard of. They went above and beyond with their display of customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the seating arrangement allows no room for discomfort. As I glanced into the very visible kitchen I saw only one problem, which is that there isn't enough restaurants around that have such a high quality level of cleanliness and organization. I was greeted my Erica as I walked into the store. Although she was either on break or awaiting for her shift to start, she asked me if there was anything she could do for me. Jason then came from the kitchen with a warm smile and inviting attitude. He tended to my order (which was already being completed despite having just ordered online on my short drive to the store). The food he presented to me were both visually appealing as well as fresh to the taste. I grabbed my order and was beat to the door by Erica who saw my hands full. She moved with haste in order to assure that I could easily make my way out of their store where she ended my experience with a genuine smile. I've never been made to feel as welcomed and important in any restaurant as I have today. These too employees deserve their recognition and to have their selfless service be rewarded. They are what lacks in today's workplace.
