I placed an order online for W Screven way which said it would be ready @10:24pm. I pull up and they’re closed. This location on W Oglethorpe was also closed despite their posted hours outside saying open until midnight and ordering still being open online. You could see the orders piling up on the screen from outside. I wonder if the workers are boycotting!! Very strange.

We ordered online 2 meat lover melts and it shows it on our online receipt. My wife calls and they tell her that we ordered meat lover melts and to remove all the meats? Why would we order a meat lover melt and not just a cheese melt? Make it make sense.

I have ordered with Uber eats twice now and the first experience I had was OK aside from the fact that the chicken wings I had ordered were pretty soggy and just didn’t taste that great overall but I also ordered again on Halloween night and it took forever to get our food ( almost 2 hours Which is understandable because it is a holiday ) I ordered cheese bread as a part of a bundle deal and the cheese bread was very overdone. I’m kind of dry. They also didn’t cut the cheese bread either which was super disappointing.

I ordered pan pizza and the picture shown below is what I got….this is not a pan pizza, and I asked the employee working she refused to accept that this is not a pan pizza, I’ve have pan pizzas from Pizza Hut all the time and then new look like this. This is hand tossed. The employees there refused to acknowledge that. Didn’t even offer to fix the order or remake the pizza. They make the wrong thing, refuse to accept it, and then give poor customer service

Who ever answered the phone at pizza hut on West Oglethorpe Hwy in Hinesville Georgia was rude and unprofessional. First of all, he didn't know any of the products that were sold at his location. When asked about the product, he responded with a negative attitude and hung up the phone rudely. Because of his actions I will proceed not to purchase anything from this company. I rather do business with your competitors. I am very disappointed with your customer service and business.

Fix Your Customer Service — This Was Ridiculous
I went back to the store because my order was wrong — I ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza with the Ranch Lover’s Flight, and the sauces were wrong. Not a huge deal. I just wanted to swap one out. But the attitude I got over something that simple was insane.
The lady at the counter walked to the back and spoke to another employee, and that one instantly had an attitude — slamming things, acting irritated like I was asking for the moon. I stayed calm and said it wasn’t a big deal, I just wanted the right sauce.
Then she finally comes up front and says with a smartass tone:
“Well next time when you order online, make sure you pick the right sauces.”
I put my phone down, showed her the order, and said,
“You mean like this? Where it shows I did order the right ones?”
All she says is, “Fair enough,” like she didn’t just accuse me of being wrong. No apology. No professionalism. Just attitude from start to finish — even when she was clearly wrong. Throwing stuff around, zero accountability.
This isn’t how you treat paying customers. Fix your staff or keep losing business. Simple as that.
All of this over a sauce.
