I wouldn't really know how this place is. We walked in and there were about 5 people behind the glass and we were not greeted. Then on the glass there were various handwritten signs that were repulsive and could have been written professionally to yield a point. It also was hot in there like the air didn't work so I wouldn't know exactly how the food is being kept. Manners, professionalism and good customer service can really go a long way. No business from me or mine.

hands down one of my favorite places to visit! the poke bowls are delicious, and the ice cream will always be top tier. the customer service is always great as well! plenty of friendly and inviting staff members.

Staff was a pleasure,( Great customer service is hard to find)I can’t remember the person name that checked us out but she made me feel like family.As my 7 yr old would say,”best ice cream ever”! The trivia board was the cherry on top.. Fantastic family spot, a gem!

I live 25-30 minutes from the place, so I called before I made my way to the store and confirmed that they close at 9:30 pm on Fridays. I got to the place around 9:02pm and the door was closed, even tho in the door the closing time says 9:30pm. Some of the staff just made the gesture that they were closed from far away. I called the store to figure out the misunderstanding, they said that they closed because they ran out of creamer. I understand things happen and not all customers will be satisfied. But after me calling, driving for 25-30 minutes and not even receiving a good customer service, just someone from far away just saying they’re closed, doesn’t sit right with me. I just suggest you prepare better and if you think you need to close sooner please advice the customers so we don’t lose our time and gas.

I haven't had the best day ever and i came in today to get two large pokebowls and one of their fraps. The frap was amazing but when i left i ended up spilling it which I was really upset about because my day was bad enough but one of my friends offered to buy another so i took her card and went back in for another frap, I was gonna pay for it but they ended up taking care of it and it honestly made me feel so much better about my embarrassed mistake and horrible day <3
Definitely recommend going here!! I've also rarely ever gotten mistakes on my order so its worth going here for the boba, the frap and the bowls!
