best customer service ever and poke bowl ever !!!! they greet you as you’re coming in, very respectful and courteous, and on top of that, quick and consistent with my orders. lol i order the same thing each time and they remembered my order ! ? 5 stars and more, well deserved.
Our second time here and love the Coffee Bubba Tea.We also tried their Poke Bowl,it came out good and all ingredients are fresh.I wish they will add mango and pineapple on their toppings and an eel sauce is a plus?.Their ice cream roll is fancy,never had one like that before.Overall experience is fantastic!
This is a first time visit review. The ice cream was good but the staff was underwhelming. It wasn't a welcoming atmosphere. They were all on their phones when entering the building and didn't have "welcoming looks" on their faces. More like that "Hurry and pick what you want.... you're interrupting my phone time" look. I don't recall anyone asking ME, personally, "Hi, may I help you?" They could have asked my wife while I looked...
