5:00 on a Sunday and there were no customers and seemingly only 2 employees. Ordered a 12pc meal only to get home and find out there was only 11 chicken and 4 biscuits (menu and receipt says it comes with 6). This isn't the first time I didn't get what I paid for.

Hey yall!. Just wanted to let you know that this place has a horrible customer service to all customers that walked in!.. all workers behind the counter has no respect to customers at all!. Worst place to be in!.. sorry to say but the truth has to be said out loud.. Don't get me wrong, foods good but customer service sucks forreal!. Never again!.. Happy new year to yall!.. 2026

When we placed our order on the app, the sun was shining. It is pitch black outside right now. Still no food. Asked the lady at the counter about my order and heard nothing. There’s a maximum of 8 tickets on the counter. Absolute disgrace.

Pet store needs to get it together I grew up in Hinesville and this story is the worst out of ever in the whole Hinesville they're nasty their employees go outside smoking while they're busy managers are cleaning sweeping while handling food. After paying almost $30 I had to ask for my refund had an attitude manager didn't apologize she's been there so long to the fact that she should know better to be clean it is disgusting in there I will be calling EEOC and I will make it a complaint to the health inspector... I need to get better or I'm going to make it get better

Every order takes years to get, always out of most of the menu no matter when you go. Poor customer service. Worst popeyes ive ever been to, dont go.

This is my very first time stepping into a Popeyes in my whole life. Ordered through my app. Told the lady at the counter I had an order. Was instantly greeted with a massive attitude saying “y’all need to give me a minute” there was nobody even there. She thought I was DoorDash and kept asking over and over for the name on the order and I kept saying my name over and over. Then she told me she didn’t have what I ordered and that I have to either get a substitute or refund. And since I ordered through the app I have to wait 24-48 hours for their customer service to even bother to respond to me. I’m never going to Popeyes ever again.

Omg popeyes have changed there receipe for there biscuit. Guys go and try them for your self they are horrible. Popeyes will be shut down pretty soon cause those biscuit is tradh. Why change a recipe when it is good. The head managers of this place should be ashamed. This is the worst Popeye that I have ever been to. They never full stock on the items. Someday, they are closed or drive thru is only open. Well, sense none of you care maybe someone should call the health department. If you are not going to serve quality food, just shut down. Do the managers ever do a surprise visit. Everyone in this place should be fired. This place really needs new managers. I can not wait until this place is close for good so that we can get a better business built.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Popeyes. Prices were through the roof for what little we got, and the food wasn’t even worth it. After waiting forever for our order, they still managed to get it wrong — no sauces, missing sides, and the chicken was dry as cardboard. You could tell it had been sitting out way too long. The staff looked more interested in chatting behind the counter than actually helping customers. For what I paid, I could’ve gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten a hot meal that didn’t taste like it was reheated three times. This location needs serious management attention. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else in Hinesville for chicken. If your really craving pop eyes go on base.

I wish I could give no stars. Where is real management when you need it. I went through drive through and ordered smoothly and everything downhill from there. No receipt given. No employees have name tags. After getting my change back I was told to go park and wait. That took about 20 minutes. To receive poor food. Check my bag still no receipt , and I’m
Missing items. So now I have to get out with my two little ones and go inside where there is only one employee in sight besides the other who continues to walk by us outside. While waiting another 10 minutes and my food getting cold this is unacceptable. The employees have no customer service and no teamwork whatsoever this restaurant needs to be reevaluated. Money will be spent better elsewhere. Food wasn’t fresh just shut it down.

They messed up my order twice. I will never go back. They are absolutely horrible. They dont answer there phone. Because they just want you money. I will never return. I would rather have Mc donalds. Im so pissed with the money I've spent there82 last time 70 this time. Avoid that place. Don't go there
