horrible horrible horrible the service was soooo bad there’s one specific lady that is soooo rude she needs to be fired all the staff must be new no one seem to know what they are doing asking everything what they got food was alright thankfully

everything was bad but most of all the service the staff are rude they act like they don’t know what there doing asking customers what they had i was there 15 min waiting for my food and the people that came after me got it before me. then as im sitting down she ask me am i dining or taking out like i haven’t been waiting on my food forever then when its ready tells me her come get it with a nasty attitude then when i get my food the order wasn’t even right horrible service

They allowed my order to get stolen and picked up by someone else and then refused to remake it. The woman working was extremely rude and unsympathetic after she allowed someone to steal my almost $70 order. Absolutely horrible place in a horrible location with horrible service. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

I presented a coupon for 2 pieces of chicken, biscuit and a mash potatoes for $5.99, I asked to add additional side of beans and rice to which I was directed with the 2 piece chicken and biscuit to pull on the other side to get my sides, I waited 20mins. I go in to stand in line to wait again mind you I paid $10, and change which wasn't correct because I was charged for both sides. I get them go put it in box where my chicken was cold. The teenager's acted like they didn't know what to do aswell as the lady took my order at the drive through, highly disappointed, and over charged!

This restaurant have a lady that works there with such bad, bad attitude. Everytime I go there she is disrespectful to the customers. She do not need yo be in customer service. I thank she is the manager. I will not be back as long as she's there.

On, 12 January 2025, I went to this establishment to order dinner for my husband and mother-in-law. My order was incorrect, the cashier was unfriendly, the floor was slippery which I almost fell. The quality of the food was not up to par.

I ask for mild, I even corrected you when the screen said spicy and the person acknowledged and I still get spicy...SMH stop asking for pay increase when the basics can't be meet.

New- This popeyes has renewed itself. The same manager has grown and is much more hospitable. She came out to help her people and direct them to move traffic flow. They still take some time, but would you rather it be slow and good or quick and wrong????

Old- This was a very awful experience. I have been coming to this perticular popeyes for two years when all of a sudden the male manager left due to discrepancies of the team. Since he has left the place is in shambles . The chicken is disgusting. The manager Ms. Harris was very rude and nasty. We asked for specific items and received the exact opposite . She would not listen to anyone. The co manager Juan was very helpful , but with a manger like that one I dont see how the shift runs smoothly. More like a greasy oil spill. I will not be returning for any more chicken. I guess this is God's way of putting me on a diet. I hope they get their shift together before a not so willing customer comes in and throws a fit.
