Myself, my husband , and my two cousins went here on Friday night, March 27th, 2025. Want to see if things had changed si ce their reopening, it has not. The waitress we had , I believe her name was America, she stood several tables away (with a mask on ) asked our drink orders, took our food orders, food was sub par, her waitressing skills are lacking she has no people skills whatsoever, when it came time for our bill, mind you my husband and I ordered off the 2/25 meal so that was messed up , had only ordered one salad added , which wasn't great either , and 7.39 for two glasses of sweet tea but guess she can't figure out swer from unsweetened. My cousins did the same 2/25 but had two salads she was about to be charged close to 70 dollars , we were about to be charged almost 60.00 , she took the receipts back was gone a while , came back. We looked at them again , she had taken off one of the salads , on ours but there was a 5.00 fee said she "spoke" to manager and was told it's an extra charge, for which we got no explanation for , same for my cousin , between the 4 of us bills should have been 60.00 max , this was not the case. Also I might add this was Friday night after about 730 pm. There was a total of 8 customers , too include the four of us , in the entire restaurant. That is not good practices if trying to rebuild the brand. Was 1st and last time since "reopening" it's a shame at one time Ruby Tuesday was a good place to eat, no it just needs to close , get new servers , that are personable , not afraid to approach a table.

Jamie is wonderful, she makes the experience open, during, and closing, just right. Honestly would not want a different server.

Ruby Tuesday was a great choice, haven’t eaten there in a while. Forgot how great their salad bar was, it’s nothing short of delicious, many many choices, you could make it a meal for sure! My steak was cooked to perfection and it was full of flavor, service was great!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure!

During my recent dining experience, I encountered a situation that I believe could be improved for a more professional and respectful atmosphere. The service began with a waitress who, while polite, repeatedly referred to me using affectionate nicknames such as “darling” and “honey.” While some may find this endearing, I personally feel that such terms of endearment are inappropriate, especially when used by someone significantly younger than me. After requesting that she refrain from using these terms, I expected my request to be acknowledged and respected. However, I noticed a lack of response not only from the waitress but also from the rest of the staff. As I left the restaurant, none of the employees made any effort to acknowledge or engage with me, which left me with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. While the food at the restaurant may have been semi satisfactory, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Professionalism in communication is key to providing a welcoming environment for all patrons, and I would encourage the management to provide additional training for their staff to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Also, the staff needs to make sure the facility is clean and sanitized such as the tables, floors and bathrooms instead of sitting around like they are at a club.

This is supposed to be Shrimp scampi. My husband bought two and all we got was noodles and shrimp no sauce or anything on the noodles.

Expensive! This is their 12oz steak with the side of mushrooms for extra 2.99 & the extra broccoli soup. $30
There is literally “6” pieces of mushroom in that picture, so: not even a full mushroom.
Quite disappointing to be honest
Our server Jaimie was such a pleasure! She was very attentive and welcoming. It’s been a long time since I’ve had service like hers. We will definitely be returning 😊
