Since having the garden salads for 30 days, I have gotten to know the restaurant and staff extremely well. The food is pretty good except for occasional wilted ends on some of the vegetables. The service has been good too except for occasional times when there seemed to not be enough wait staff at work. My friend and I have become very attached to Erica. She is very good at her job, and is very pleasant and friendly.

Food was terrible I ordered a steak dinner med rare they fed me with 5%meat 40%fats an 45%cartilage I swear it was even shown to the manager, an was offered another steak to take home if I didn't want to eat at that moment, so I elected to take it home for later. Lord an behold if it ain't an identical steak like the 1st.one. im done with Ruby Tues. Never Again

Very outdated and dirty looking ruby tuesday. We ordered 2 medium steaks but they were extremely well done. Server was nice. But this place needs an update, chairs, paint bathrooms are nasty but you could tell by how empty the place was.

Stopped by Ruby Tuesday on Thanksgiving evening and it was BUSY of course. The staff was FABULOUS the way they were handling the MANY online orders as well as the people coming through the door. I sat at the bar to wait and the bar tender Abby was PHENOMENAL during my visit to Ruby Tuesday’s. She not only provided exceptional service to everyone seated at the bar but also assisted guests at nearby tables. Her attentiveness and positive attitude truly stood out. It was also great to see how well the entire staff worked together—there was a real sense of teamwork that made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Erica is a wonderful server she made sure my food came out right and my drink was never empty. I had the hickory salmon and was cooked to perfection good job will be back
