The one successful time I’ve been there the service was good and the ice cream was delicious. But now every time I try to go the workers there either close early or the business didn’t update closing times online. Supposed closing time is 8:30pm but we show up at 7:45pm and the store is closed

Very pricey first of all for just basic ice cream. Service was horrible. We felt rushed the entire time like we were inconveniencing them and was refused an extra bowl without paying extra despite my daughter’s cone dripping all over herself. Will not be returning.

Weren't greeted when we walked in. The employee didn't even say a word when we're standing there looking at the menu. The prices are ridiculously expensive. Over $7 for just one tiny cup of ice cream. Over $10 for a shake. Never going back.
There was a variety of ice cream flavors and cones. The price is good for the amount of ice cream you receive.

It used to smell in here which took away from the experience but now that's gotten better. The ice cream always delivers because they give really huge scoops. The ice cream and is nothing fancy but they do have a lot of flavors to choose from. Ive never gotten the waffle cones..they're just consstantly exposed so imagine they might be stale..just a thought. But the staff is always so friendly no matter how busy

The employees here are lazy and acted like we were an inconvenience. They completely ignored my wife's order. They were too busy talking or on their phones to pay attention. Your job is not that hard to where you can't even smile, you work at an ice cream shop.
