Did Sonic app order. Ordered All American hot dog and a chicken wrap! Sorry but this hotdog is bad and not cooked. The outside color is awful. Please check your food Sonic. Last week I ended up in hospital for 2 days from food poisoning from another restaurant. No thank you y’all can have your hot dog specials if this is what’s being handed out

Had to wait for 15 minutes to get a hotdog. They overcharged me as she charged me for two small hotdogs instead of the foot long I had ordered. I received two small hotdogs. Both of the buns were stale.

I was missing 3 item. I order a lager order 3 med drink, 20 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich and 1 foot long quarter pound coney. I went back and told them I was missing some food and the cook got mad told everyone who work there that I was lying and that he remembered he pack my order right. Because he said it wasn’t busy, but as I recalled there was a long line at the drive through. Till the point were people were leaving because it was to long. I was waiting at the pickup for 40min. And someone other customer who only wait 10 min. Walk in and went to see what’s going on. I finally got my only to find out I’m missing my footlong quarter pound coney and 2 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich. I was not mad when they messed one of my drink order up, but I am mad that I was called a liar and disappointed that the one thing they would give me out of my missing 3 orders was the foot long quarter pound coney. And won’t give my money back for the two missing honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich. In the photo you will see 18 honey chipotle jr. chicken sandwich( two have been eaten so you will see two wrapper) and the foot long quarter pound coney that the cook gave me after I told them repeatedly that I did not received the foot long quarter pound coney.
This place is so slow. If you place an order online, you sit in a stall and wait for 30 minutes for someone to bring it out. If you do through the drive-thru, they tell you to pull up and wait for 30 minutes. Last time I was there, they made me pull up and after 10 minutes, brought me everything in my order except one thing. Another 10 minutes went by, so I got out to ask about it, and they said they forgot. This is a very regular occurrence. It was so bad every single time, I stopped going here at all for months. Decided to give them one more try recently, and had the exact same experience all over again. Not worth it at all.

Unless you have almost an hour to wait for your food both through the drive through or parked at a stall I’d avoid this place. Every time I come here it’s 45min to an hour. Food is average. Currently waiting after going through the drive through. There are 7 other cars that have been pulled up and parked to wait.

Managers are yelling at employees claiming they aren’t working when they are taking orders for customers. Waited 30 minutes to get my order. My food was not what it should look like.

Drive through time was extremely long. I was asked to pull over to one of the mobile pick up even though I was not a mobile call in. I came through the drive-through and when I pulled over, I sat there for at least 20 minutes or more.
