Update: massive change!! We went inside, the staff was so friendly. Shannon has done great things! One employee even showed up for work with a smile AND said good morning to everyone. Picture that in fast food. It's amazing,!great progress!
Since mgr Shannon took over, things are improving. Great job.

Usually, I don't have much of an issue at this location but today they messed up my order after I reminded them twice how I ordered it. I ordered an orange cream slush, they put it in as mango because "We don't have a button for orange, but we know how it's supposed to be.", I pull up and they ask if I had the "Mango cream slush" at which point I reiterated that I ordered orange. Guess who was handed a mango cream slush? I would have gone through the receipt survey but I was also not handed my receipt.

This place has let me down so many times, but this time I was compelled to write this review. $78 for four people and it took 35 minutes waiting inside to get the food. Fires were ALL half filled and burgers looked like they were stepped on. Girl at the counter was so rude. This place is a disaster. Just very poorly managed. The experience here is consistently terrible. Save your money and don’t come to this trash restaurant. I’m convinced that the good reviews are bots or the management trying to save face and their 3.6 stars. I’m officially done. You won’t steal my hard earned money anymore.
