Drove over 30 minutes to get to this starbucks, just for the shift lead “lindsey” to come out and place a sign infront of my vehicle, and say they are closing down because its taking them too long to make the drinks, as im next in the drive thru to order. I informed that i drove over a half hour to get there, and that she should take everyones order that has been waiting already, and she smiled and said “sorry” then walked away. Absolute worst customer service ive ever received

I waited in line for 23 minutes. They took the car in front of me, then put a sign out right in front of my car saying they couldn’t take anyone else because they were short-staffed. That’s ridiculous and frustrating. If they didn’t want new cars pulling up, fine but the people already in line should’ve been served. That’s just basic courtesy.

I went in to wait while my husband was at t-mobile. All I wanted was an ice water while I fed my infant son in a comfy chair. The barista refused to make one for me since I wasn’t planning on making a purchase. I didn’t have my purse on me, and I really didn’t want anything else. Any other time I’ve been to a Starbucks it has never been an issue. Planning to avoid this location in the future, due to the apparent lack of service.

I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew with no ice and extra foam. They handed me a drink with extra ice and little to no foam. The employee at the counter was very polite and got it remade. I took the first sip after I drove off and I realized it was a regular cold brew and not chocolate. I felt it was an unnecessary hassle to get my order right
