Good customer service, order was right, but very, very slim on the meat potions, then I notice you cant see them putting the meat your sandwich, There is a cover/ hood covering your view now, that was not there 4-6 months ago, but not one on the vegetables, I find that Very odd, Why come I cant see my whole order being prepared? This is the second one in the area I have been to with this hood thing over the meat, thinking I’m going to the third one this week, just to see if it’s all three? Florida or Tennessee or ATL doesn’t have this hood over the meat. Now Im just curious as to why? And is there a reason why only one Subways in this area takes their own coupons. The cleanest subway around here. The most friendliest. The food is always fresh. Always has everything in stock. The most updated. The best employees that help out when needed.
The way this location treats their employees is despicable. Also, the customer service is horrendous, and I feel bad for all of the customers who receive a rude attitude DAILY from the owner and his mother who also happens to work there. Such a shame.

Why is that old lady the rudest Subway employee I’ve ever encountered? I know I’m not the only one who’s dealt with her. Apparently she’s claimed to be the “owner’s mother” and is absolutely despicable when it comes to customer service, he should NOT allow her to work there anymore because she literally drives people away. If you see the older lady in there, don’t bother going in unless you want to be treated like garbage and then expected to tip on top of that.
