Had a pickup order last night that was supposed to be done at 6:45pm, (ordered at 6.25pm). Well there weren't to many people there yet so we waited. 6:45pm comes and go in to pick up the order. They hadn't even started it. 10 minutes later I had to call them to figure out how much longer it would take. They said Doordash order comes before actual pick up orders. I'm very disappointed with their service. They had plenty of time to make our order and have it ready.

Worst one ever! Another one owned by Indians who don't apply points, and the employees have no customer service skills!!! I should have read the reviews. Bread is stale not fresh. Paid almost $9.00 for a cheese sandwich because it's a up charge for extra cheese and lettuce and mayo! Subway has gone downhill. Stay away from this one. I was here on 9/22/2024 at 1:00 pm, the girl was ok the guy needs a new job that doesn't work with people

The most absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. We had got two sandwiches one sandwich had Italian herbs and cheese bread but they were out and didn’t tell us when I was at the restaurant picking up the order. So I drove all the way home and then realized my order was messed up and called and they did not try to do anything extra to help out for the extra long drive to get it fixed. This is not the first instance where this has happened at this restaurant and this will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant or any subway in Hinesville.

Can't even make a sub right nothing was right the meat and sauce wasn't on the right bread and I didn't even want them tasted there are both toasted. Adding things I didn't even ask for on both subs very terrible. That's why you don't get tips.

The young man working night shift at around 8pm on 08/08/2024 is extremely careless, rude and has a nasty attitude! Placed an order for delivery, my footlong was not in my order called the store to ask for a refund was told I cannot get A refund even though it was their mistake, was told to find a way to come get it and then he proceeds to hang up the phone. Absolutely unprofessional gives the entire store and management a terrible look.
great customer service. Mary stayed on top of the game and I just enjoyed every bit of her. Thank you miss Daliz for making my sandwich the way i wanted. Thank you miss caitlin for keeping the area clean.

I love the tuna subs but the tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce don’t always look fresh. It’s a shame that this subway doesn’t participate in the BOGO promotions. Parking is tight. Staff is very friendly.

Complete freaking trash, never have food 2hrs before closing, their veggies are always freaking old, and they serve you pinches of toppings and charge you for extra pinches. NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU ORDER if it's through DoorDash I never go to this location and I literally live 1 1/2 mins away.

Every time I go into this location, I feel like I'm being greeted by old friends. I appreciate the amount of care they take with each order, as well as the sense of humor sprinkled in like a cherry on top.I went in today and was taken care of by two ladies who seemed newer, but were absolutely wonderful. I'm not sure which was better; the food or the service. Thank you for being consistently amazing. I always enjoy my visits to this location.
