Went there at 9:07pm they close at 10. Waited until they put mean on both of my sandwiches to say they can’t get more lettuce bc they close soon. Only had enough for half a foot long… and… fully expected me to want it. I swear I love my ppl as a race but at the same time my ppl got the worst customer service.

The staff at this location works really well as a team and the assistant manager is eagerly working right alongside them. Everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I ordered a footlong turkey combo, nothing spectacular, but it was made perfect to the T with fresh ingredients.

The lady who worked the shift today was highly unprofessional. My daughter ordered a pizza and 2 sandwiches for the second sandwich is wasn’t sure what to order because her phone died and all she did was run outside and get my phone so she could read the lady the order. The lady made her pay and the. Get back in line to order the 3ed sandwich we were waiting for the sandwiches for 45 mins. The pizza she made was ice. Cold and the cheese didn’t melt all the way it took them 30 Mins to make a replacement. And had a attitude when asked her why was this order taking so long

Had a pickup order last night that was supposed to be done at 6:45pm, (ordered at 6.25pm). Well there weren't to many people there yet so we waited. 6:45pm comes and go in to pick up the order. They hadn't even started it. 10 minutes later I had to call them to figure out how much longer it would take. They said Doordash order comes before actual pick up orders. I'm very disappointed with their service. They had plenty of time to make our order and have it ready.

Employee taking my order was unwelcoming, she did not appear to like the job, her tone was barking at or towards me versus communicating. Will never visit this place again. Employees need to be retrained, maybe take a page from Chic-Fil-

Worst one ever! Another one owned by Indians who don't apply points, and the employees have no customer service skills!!! I should have read the reviews. Bread is stale not fresh. Paid almost $9.00 for a cheese sandwich because it's a up charge for extra cheese and lettuce and mayo! Subway has gone downhill. Stay away from this one. I was here on 9/22/2024 at 1:00 pm, the girl was ok the guy needs a new job that doesn't work with people

The most absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. We had got two sandwiches one sandwich had Italian herbs and cheese bread but they were out and didn’t tell us when I was at the restaurant picking up the order. So I drove all the way home and then realized my order was messed up and called and they did not try to do anything extra to help out for the extra long drive to get it fixed. This is not the first instance where this has happened at this restaurant and this will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant or any subway in Hinesville.
