This place is way better than chipotle, but they run out of guacamole all the time ! I usually get it delivered and but lately no more guacamole option for my burrito , and no more option for a large side of guacamole and chips . Guacamole is my favorite and my main reason for eating here

The women working there were very rude. This location needs new management because the current management clearly doesn’t care about the customer service being provided to customers based on the reviews from the past year left by other customers as well. This place used to have excellent customer service, friendly, and great workers…sad to see it go down the drain.

Been living in Hinesville for about 3 years. Usually go to Chipotle but decided to go to sucheros for once for something different. First server Luke had a horrible "I don't wanna be here and imma take it out on you" attitude. Hopefully he's happier wherever he works next.

Then when choosing toppings, second guy thinks everyone who comes here should know all the options they have available as he just put some unusual jalapeño topping on my bowl when I wanted the regular ones. Not a big deal tbh but at least let me know.

Lastly, the cashier had to ask what I even got, since it's apparent that they do not communicate

Also never added salsa for the chips that's suppose to be included.

Seems like a low end Chipotle that jacks up prices and adds a tad more variety to make themselves seem more sophisticated. Give me a dang break.

I'm going back to Chipotle lol. This is hectic.

Taco bar for 20 baby shower was a hit! Thank you for doing the work for me. Very good. Came with guac, sour cream, another sauce, taco sauce, tomato pico, cheese, lettuce, chicken and ground beef, queso, tortillas, and nachos. Well done, surcherros!

Food portions so little and it cost so much went there in the night the girl gives me small portions i asked for more guacamole and she slapped it down in the box its not worth the money

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a chicken burrito and a steak quesadilla. The steak quesadilla was so good I returned the following day and ordered it again.
Two improvements I think that can make this a 5 star business:
-better cleanliness of the staff & restaurant
-customer service training
Other than that, I enjoyed my visits!

They were extremely busy for dinner hours yet still very efficient and polite—the gentleman handling pickup orders was very polite despite the rush and my food turned out great.

It's really hit or miss here. Sometimes the give you an ok amount of food, sometimes the load you up. Other times it seems like they are rationing out and skimp out on everything, even the rice. The food is almost always decent. Never bad food, just occasionally bad portions.

This place is AWFUL. My husband picked up dinner last night and the workers, two women, were extremely nasty. There was also a man present but he was decent. He needed assistance ordering and they would not help him. They had nasty attitudes and would act like my husband was an inconvenience for ordering food. Anytime my husband would ask for something they would be rude about it and point to where the items would be. They were also out of a lot of items like cups for salsa. Never going here again. You should be ashamed.

What a place looks like they don’t know how to clean anything or give proper servings that you pay for and ask for it’s like the meat comes out of there paycheck asked for extra meat didn’t get any. chipotle it is from now on. Imagine paying for something that cost nothing to the employee idk maybe it’s difficult to lift the spoon one more time.
