Took 10 minutes to get my food, asked cashier if my food was still warm. He said yes but get to my table food was cold. Where is the customer service……..disappointed

This place used to be my go-to when I'm craving for a good steak burrito but this place how truly went down. I purchased a steak burrito as always done but it was cold, barely grilled and taste so much different than before. Nothing but teenagers working in there that doesn't seem like their even happy about being there. The customer service is poor and it seems like theirs not any love in what they are doing. This will probably be my last time going to this restaurant in Hinesville.

I actually love Surcheros but I will never eat there again. I use to eat there weekly and brag about them to everyone ! Last month I decided to treat my coworkers and order it on doordash we were busy and couldn’t leave. Got the order, I was so embarrassed. The portion size was super small then what I normally get. I let that slide. I started eating my bowl first and realized it tasted different, (mind you I get the same thing every time !) I was missing about 3 ingredients. I continued to eat it. Then my coworkers realized they were missing ingredients in theirs too. I had apologized and told them that surcheros never been like this. So I called just to let them know hey our bowls were missing ingredients. They told me I could bring them up there but because we had eaten most of it that there was nothing they can do . I asked to speak to the manager and they placed me on a really long hold. Soon, the general manager returned and said she reviewed the cameras and called me a liar and it was nothing she could do and that her employee did his job. I even told her I had pictures to prove it. She absolutely made me feel low of the lowest. I mean just nasty! I had her on speakerphone and customers and our employees heard how she spoke to Me and was disgusted. I was a loyal customer that came in weekly with my kids. Spent at least 50+ dollars EVERYTIME ! We have a Qdoba on base and I still decided to drive alllll the way there and spend my money and be loyal to surcheros ! NEVER AGAIN. And I stopped referring people, especially our military community and they are aware of this incident. It really sucks fighting two diseases and this how I got my protein in every week! It cost nothing to be kind !

I absolutely love this restaurant and how amazing the food tastes. Me and my best friend stopped in for lunch to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered one of their chicken bowls and it was very filling! Out of all the other restaurants, this is my go to place for any bowl! The service was great and the environment was clean.

We used to love it here, but now every time we come the staff looks absolutely miserable and they're just rude and stingy. I understand charging for extra toppings but 1.25 for a quarter scoop of tomatoes or a swipe of sour cream is a bit insane. Why even have a childs meal if youre going to consider rice and beans seperate toppings... what the heck is a burrito without those anyway? On top of that they'll refuse your military discount if you forget to grab enough drinks and go to buy an extra... because that 10% discount is really breaking their bank, apparently.
Anywhooo, another great place lost to corporate greed and terrible customer service.
