My wife and I share the nachos, it's our cheap date night place. I wish the staff was a little more friendly.

I absolutely love this restaurant and how amazing the food tastes. Me and my best friend stopped in for lunch to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered one of their chicken bowls and it was very filling! Out of all the other restaurants, this is my go to place for any bowl! The service was great and the environment was clean.

We used to love it here, but now every time we come the staff looks absolutely miserable and they're just rude and stingy. I understand charging for extra toppings but 1.25 for a quarter scoop of tomatoes or a swipe of sour cream is a bit insane. Why even have a childs meal if youre going to consider rice and beans seperate toppings... what the heck is a burrito without those anyway? On top of that they'll refuse your military discount if you forget to grab enough drinks and go to buy an extra... because that 10% discount is really breaking their bank, apparently.

Anywhooo, another great place lost to corporate greed and terrible customer service.

There was a time I loved eating at this place but then over the years the staff hired were subpar. They would either be rude, poor customer service, or health hazard (would not change gloves when necessary) or hair not tied up. So over time I just became tolerant but today solidified my decision to never eat here ever again. I’m happy they have better customer service but my meal today taste disgusting. They charged extra for every little thing. Barely gave any veggies. When I open my plate it was smothered with Surcheros sauce and there was this watery substance also. I had to drain the sauce out cause I just could not eat it. I get the same meal every time I come but today it did not taste like how I’m used to. Every bite all I could taste was sauce and barely any flavor from the chicken and veggies. It was disgusting and way overpriced. I miss the days when I would come to Surcheros and the plate was filled to the rim and well worth the price. I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff was respectful and the gentleman changed out his glove after cleaning the area. But the food itself was 1/10.

Ordered a burrito bowl...cilantro rice with no flavor, steak was grilled with no seasonings. Standard toppings with no Guacamole, no sour cream. Cost was $19.00 extremely overpriced for the quality and amount of food. First time visiting a Surcheros, won't be going back.

Ordered online and went inside to pickup. While waiting for my order I witnessed some of the best customer I’ve experienced in Hinesville. The young lady at the counter was checking customers out and kept everyone who was waiting on online orders updated. The rest of the crew was all smiles and working together at an incredible pace. No one was stuck waiting. Add there A grade health inspection I highly recommend.

We had a great experience. I had a bowl and my wife had a taco. Both were tremendous. Being able to tell the person behind the buffet line what you want and how much you want of it is a great idea. I especially liked the hot sauce bar that allows you to choose one of at least a dozen different types of hot sauce, Plus a variety of salsas were available as well. It may be one of the only places we return to eat while spending the next week in Hinesville. We were very impressed.

This place is way better than chipotle, but they run out of guacamole all the time ! I usually get it delivered and but lately no more guacamole option for my burrito , and no more option for a large side of guacamole and chips . Guacamole is my favorite and my main reason for eating here
