Very slow, dine in was closed, there was a line of cars from the drive thru to the street, on top of that it had very poor service

I came to this Taco Bell recently and had a pretty frustrating experience. Because of my recent surgery, I can’t eat carbs, so I usually order the chicken flatbread—but without the flatbread, just in a bowl. I’ve had it done like this several times before with no issue.

This time, when the employee asked the manager, Nicole, how to ring it up, Nicole didn’t even look up. She just said, “We don’t do that,” with an attitude and no explanation or effort to help. It was dismissive and unprofessional, especially when this is something that’s been accommodated before.

I understand policies can change, but there’s a better way to handle it—and a little customer service goes a long way.

We love to make an occasional stop at Taco Bell. This location was the first bad experience we’ve had at TB in a long time. While the restaurant seemed to be well staffed, after 5 minutes our order was never taken so we left. Perhaps it was an off night. I may give it story and update.

Literally just left here. Whoever was running the microphone at the drive thru and was working the 1st window was rude and had absolutely no manners. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I also came here a few weeks ago and waited for them to open for breakfast just to be told this location does not serve breakfast but according to online they do? If you come to this location morning-mid day the staff is great and the food is well prepared anytime after that the food is sloppy and the staff is terrible.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever! Better yet, this place is the worst place to go to in Hinesville. The crew and restaurant is very slow, it's unorganized, there is no sense of urgency and the worst possible customer service you can receive. I absolutely hate this place so much that I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I don't do door dash here because again, the restaurant doesn't care to service customers like they are expected and get paid to do.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I seem to keep forgetting how bad they are after too much time because I’ve been here about 3 times. Every single time, our order has been wrong and then they try to yell from the back, saying they did it right, until we show them the receipt with the order on it. Then they proceed to take their time getting the food they were supposed to fix back to us. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund after waiting for 25 minutes without receiving our food. Taco Bell seriously needs to think about a professional coming in to retrain this entire crew.
