Forgot an entire meal and took forever to take our order, food was literally falling apart and impossible to eat. The employees there always seem rude and careless and they threw one of our sauces in the bag and the sauce got EVERYWHERE. Truly disappointing

I’m sorry but if I could give zero stars I would. O understand being short staffed. I’ve worked food service before. However, when I have to sit at the intercom box for 25 minutes and haven’t even gotten greeted… absolutely not. If you can’t take my order right away that’s ok. But at-least say something. The “hustle” does not exist here

Manager tonight decided to tell everyone with a Doordash or online order that their orders were no longer in the system and around 1:50 proceeded to stand outside the front door in front of customers smoking his blunt. This is a joke right? Hinesville is bad but have some damn decorum.

Hit or miss. Usually miss. Food takes forever when you consider what it is, and how it is made. Employees are relatively pleasant but it really shouldn't take the time that it does. The time of day doesn't even matter either. Always miserably slow.

Doubling previous reviews - there are decent chances that you get not what you’ve ordered, and even after visual and verbal explanation of your simple order of just two single items with no customization… they’ll say it good to go, but it turned out to be messed up again and you get charged 50% more after. Taste, quickness and pricing all good tho.

Went here a few times, and the customer service lowkey sucks. During my last experience here, the lady at the window had long acrylic nails (gross) and she handed us our food without the drinks. When we were waiting at the window, she said “what you waiting on” in a…less than friendly way. She had so much attitude the entire time, honestly. She eventually handed us drinks, which were only 75% full. When we asked her to fill them up completely, she insisted that she couldn’t because, and I quote, “the soda fizzes up so that’s why I can’t fill the cup up all the way.” Well, after she stopped ignoring our requests to fill it up completely, she filled the drinks up and we ended up having to get help from another worker, who I believe is the manager or someone of a higher position. We needed help because we were missing some of our food, and in the end, we still never got all of our food. Anytime I go to taco bell at other locations, it’s good as hell! This one sucks, but don’t let it tarnish your opinion of the franchise in general 😜

Nope. I literally got food poisoning twice eating here. The second time it was REALLY bad and I puked at least 30 times and my guts were screwed up for weeks.
I would have rated it the same without the food poisoning because the food itself was always terrible no matter what time I went there. Too many ways to list why it was terrible, not worth writing it all down.
Just avoid at all costs.

Ordered through door dash. This is the worst Taco Bell, and we've lived all over. The cantina tacos are always demolished, NEVER come with the Verde sauce, shells not cooked, and barely any meat. The chalupas are raw bread, not even cooked or crispy! There's hardly anything at all on them.You'd think the cost of ingredients was coming out the store employees own pockets.
