Ordered a smoothie online and soon as I walked in a few minutes later it was ready tucked it through the straw all the juice was still at the bottom it wasn't even blended well taste like a ice it wasn't even smooth and creamy

Sent my order to this store by accident because I used to live here and the website autopopulated the old address unfortunately. I called within 5 mins and was told my order was closed and nothing they can do. I needed to contact the “customer service support online” and the only option was to leave “feedback” on the web and I did. That was 2 weeks ago. I never heard back, just like I expected. I called this store twice begging for any assistance at all and got absolutely nothing. Just “reach out online” “there’s nothing I can do”.
I showed the stores in my area my receipt in my email and nobody would honor it. Just horrible service from Tropical Smoothie overall which is tragic because I like their food. Unbelievable. I paid for a service I never received. And have gotten absolutely no assistance on.

I always get a Sunrise Sunset Smoothie from Tropical Cafe. But today I wanted to shed light on this young man working through the drive thru. His name is Brandon H. Although the line was extremely long, and the wait time being long, he was very professional, friendly, kind, and patient. Great job Brandon.
I got sick again which makes it the 3rd time in less than 1 year after eating at this location. Ice machine which makes all of the shakes is probably moldy and never boiled. The chicken tastes like wet freezer aisle chicken. Reaching out to management is impossible. Website "contact us" link is broken too. I'm done.

I ordered online and they were out of quesadillas when I walked in the girl brought me my receipt and drank and didn't say anything about not having quesadillas. They had me sitting in there for 25 minutes and no one said a word about not having quesadillas like really? Absolutely tragic customer service and gross attitudes 😒
