The service was awesome; however, some of the food wasn't. Most of the food was some what warm, yet the waffles were very tasty! The bacon tasted salty (whereas the competitors aren't as salty) & the grits had very hard pieces in them that I couldn't even chew up. When I showed the pieces to our server, she was very apologetic & she adjusted our tickets.

Shoutout to Imani—super sweet, on point, and actually cared if we were alive and happy (rare these days 😂). CJ was back there running the kitchen like a culinary bootcamp—teaching his trainee cooks but still making sure they were doing the work. Respect. That’s how you lead.
And the food? It’s Waffle House. You don’t go there expecting a Michelin star—you go for chaos, comfort, and crispy bacon. 10/10, would risk a 3 a.m. crowd for this crew again.

Place is decent. It’s hit and miss with the service and food. The one thing they miss about every time I do an online order is my gravy. It’s either out, or not cooked. It doesn’t take them long to cook. I have to back about every time to get it. Just read the ticket it’s on there. Very frustrating when I have to go back. I order it for a medical reason besides being good. Pay attention please.

I didn’t want to make this review, but I have no choice to for the livelihood of food and health safety for the community. I pulled up yesterday around 7or 8 PM evening shift, and I observed one of the waitresses through the window, picking her teeth with some type of flossing apparatus at the front, once she was finished, she threw it away, but never once did I see her wash her hands. I spoke with a manager I saw outside about what I saw, but I couldn’t allow myself to eat there. You guys need to work on hygiene and cross contamination of foods amongst customers and employees in the workplace. Don’t assume just because it’s a “ slow day” that no one’s watching.
The atmosphere here was great. Customer service was amazing. Food was excellent

It was early morning no other customers, stuff was nice food came right away, started eating breakfast and a roach crawled up on the counter directly in front of my plate. Safe to say I'll never ever come back here. SAD JUST 😔 😟 🙁
My expectations of any of Waffle House I go to are very low. This location just raised the bar for what to expect.
The restaurant is clearly very clean, the floors have definitely been mopped frequently and the tables are evidently wiped often. As someone who worked in food service, I can tell when equipment is cleaned often, and I can see from where I’m sitting now that the grill is scrubbed frequently, as well as the rest of the equipment.
My silverware received more than a few touches with a sponge. It was CLEANED. The staff had mentioned to me that they had meant to wipe everything down a few minutes earlier and were just now getting to it, and that speaks wonders on its own. Their standards for cleanliness are so high that a 9/10 job is dirty to them.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They all are well groomed and generally clean looking, something most of us are not used to when going to a Waffle House.
AND to top it all off, the food itself is fantastic. They took their time to make it, but not too long. They didn’t rush it, and made sure that this came out GOOD. Attached is a photo of my plate right as they gave me my food.
Whatever these people are getting paid, it isn’t enough. I arrived at around 2:15 on November 9, 2024, and EVERY staff member deserves recognition for the effort they are putting into their work. This has been a VERY pleasant surprise for me, and I will be coming here again.

Every Sunday I have a desire, a deep craving, for something that makes me feel complete. A place 1 can go to fill my deep carnal need for great southern food, and hospitality at rock bottom prices. Whenever I walk hrough the door, instantly the sweet aroma of waffles and syrup fill my hose. Then there's the roaring sound of laughter from the patrons, and ihe orders being shouted for all to hear. The sweet southern ladies all tell me, "Good morning sugar, go on and sit anywhere you'd like." The sun shines across the red plump cushions, inviting me to take a seat and place my order. Buttery grits, cheesy scrambled eggs, greasy sausage patties, and to top it off, a golden brown, thick waffle covered in syrup. Also, I can't forget my moming coffee, bland , but with a hint of sweetness. It all comes together in the best meal known to humanity, The All-Star Special. No matter how many times I come here, wherever I am, the atmosphere and the food will never change. Waffle House will always be my favorite place to come.

The waitress was very slow. She took my order right away but never called it for 20 minutes only after I asked if she called it. Bacon and toast were cold. The egg was edible. Waitress is miss v.
