Wayback Burgers

In the military and here visiting with my family. My kids and I walked into Wayback Burger when a young lady with a Burberry printed head scarf came from out back. Being that we’ve never been here before we looked over the menu and I took a screen shot as my Husband was in the car with our dog. She literally walked away from the front counter and walked to the back where another young lady and gentleman were. She then looked at the young lady upfront and said can you take their order as she proceeded to hold a conversation with the other young lady. This was simply rude. Your customer service is tacky and the next time I’ll do us both a favor and go next door to chick fil a where it’s “a pleasure” to take our order!! When leaving a nice young lady named Hannah who kindly assisted the young lady who took our order also told us to have a great day! Kudos to Hannah, but unfortunately we won’t be back. I can spend $65 somewhere with better customer service

It's been a little while since I had been back, but the food wasn't as good as it once was. It was okay, yet my burger wasn't as flavorful; the presentation was lackluster; yet what REALLY disturbed me was when how filthy the table was when I wiped it off (as I always do at every establishment that we sit down to eat in--lysol wipes always on deck)! And yes, I took pics (see attached). The staff that were working were nice & we did our good deed for the day because we left things a little better than how we found them.

This the worst burger I have eaten over the years. I might well have went to The Cookout or Five guys. For the price We paid this burger had no favor and was dry. Wish they had a Fudruckers.

Not my first trip here but they holding back on the way back way the SAUCE me and my wife just got 2 burgers from them and both of them bone dry no sauce at all
