The lack of attention to customer service and the overall quality of the food has left much to be desired. If improvements are not made soon, I fear this location may struggle to retain customers. I urge the owners to consider the importance of customer satisfaction and make the necessary changes to ensure a positive dining experience for all.If not just close the restaurant.

I was hoping the third time would be a charm but I was wrong same story employees standing around flapping their jaw while customers wait in frustration. I guess what everyone says is true it's hard to find good help these days.

We were there to pick up a Doordash order. We arrived there at 8:35. The lobby was already closed and locked up. Had to wait in a LONG drive thru line to pick up the customers order. We FINALLY get up the window right at 9:00. The lady at the first window was too busy eating her food to notice us, so, we went straight to the pickup window. Once we get to the window, we asked the guy giving us the food why they closed the lobby so early. He stated "it's 9:00", to which we told him we had arrived there at 8:35 and it was already locked up. Not only are we losing money by having to wait so long for customer orders in the long drive thru line, but, our Doordash customers are receiving cold food because their food was prepared before we can even get up to the pick up window. Wendy's in Hinesville is lacking in customer service.

Terrible experience in Wendy’s tonight. I count 9 people behind the counter tonight and 2 of them are on their personal phones. No one is on sandwiches. Looks like the manager (lady with a flower in her ear) is doing just doing damage control. I’m one of two orders in the lobby and it’s been over 15 min to get a 4 for 4 and a Dave’s single sandwich only and a 6 pc nugget.Got my bag and everything was in the bottom of the bag. Both the 6 pc nuggets and the 4 pc nugget along with the fries got were turned over to the point that it was just cartons on top of a mixture of fries and chicken. It did look like they were trying to train 1 employee up front but she got left there and got overwhelmed by 2 or 3 in-lobby orders.The man who I asked to address my bag of mixed fried and nuggets addressed the issue but he didn’t have any gloves on and I noticed that I got handed the same greasy bag, so I’m left to assume he just walked out of my sight and put everything in the cartons with his bare hands. I guess I could have just done that myself… I can only hope that he gave me new items and used the same bag for some reason.Edit: Got home. Confirmed that they just put the food back into their cartons and served it to me in the same nasty bag. He didn’t have gloves on when it took it from me and he didn’t have gloves on when he handed it back to me. There were still 2 nuggets at the bottom of the bag and the fried were just all broken and mangled. Looks like someone just grabbed them in a handful and forced them back into the carton. Basically 3/5 of our items are now inedible.The Dave’s single burger is burnt. The greasy bag stained my seat…. I…. I just can’t. I should have saved myself the trouble. I won’t be returning to this location for a very long time. I guess the only item that survived this Wendy’s crew was my jr cheeseburger from the 4 for 4. I paid $14 for a jr cheeseburger tonight.12/21 around 7:30pm

This Wendy's is trash! They take forever and I mean forever to make your food! This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever seen! The service is terrible! Especially at night! You'll always see tons of cars backed up waiting in the drive thru every night! I don't get why they're so slow because I've gone inside to pick up orders for doordash/uber eats and there's mad people! Idk wth they're all doing cause the service is still slow af! Idk why people even bother with this place! Don't give them any of ur business until they get new management that know how to actually provide good service and quick service. Btw I'm sitting in their drive thru right now and decided to write this 1 star review because of how frustrating and annoying dealing with this Wendy's is. Hope it closes down soon! ?
