This review is about the entrance into the parking lot. That entire curb on the right needa to be moved or adjusted. Burst a tire clipping it and watched 5 other vehicles hit it while I was waiting for a repairman to come change my tire. It could potentially be dangerous!

After placing my order in the drive thru and paying for my food, I was asked to pull forward because the kids meal was still being worked. After informing me to pull forward the worker was about to turn away, until I reminded them that I needed my drinks. I pulled forward after receiving my drinks and waited. I frequent this Zaxby's location because I truly enjoy the food quality. However, today the quality was well below standard. When I arrived home I pulled out the Zensation salad and there was NOTHING Zensarional about it. The presentation was horrible, and the taste was subpar due to the sauce not being evenly spread and there barely being any lettuce/salad ingredients. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Next time I will ensure to check prior to pulling off, but I feel I shouldn't have to.

Had to use the toilet after eating there but they locked the toilet from the inside so it’s not usable
I was in the restaurant earlier, front counter employee Andrea has the worst customer service. She was extremely rude to another customer. Her behavior was very unprofessional and she does not need to be working the counter. Management please speak with her or remove her. I did not place an order, I chose to leave and purchase at a different fast food chain.
Andrea was very rude and definitely doesn’t need to be working the front counter! I ordered for the school and she was very dismissive and just down right nasty and mean! I won’t come back to Zaxby’s if I see her!

Purchased lunch for three students and four staff members. Andrea started off friendly, she greeted me and immediately after I told her that I needed to place an order for a school her attitude changed. I'm not sure if she thought it was for the whole school, nonetheless she asked me how many orders I had and I told her seven. One of her coworkers came in and she asked if I mind if I rang them first, I explained that I needed to be back to the school by 11:00am since the children will be heading to lunch. She placed the order and asked if everything is correct, it wasn't. I told her a milkshake was not rang up. I explained that schools are tax exempt. She had to call Kim because she didn't know how to do that. I stood there waiting, finally received my cups and noticed I had an extra cup. When placing the order, the milkshake was a drink for one of the meals, instead she rang it up separately. I told her that she made a mistake on the order and that there should be an additional milkshake. She said she took the other one off and rang it up separately. By now, I'm frustrated because of her demeanor and secondly because you're purposely trying to annoy me. I'm going to remain professional because I'm working and I'm placing an order for work! I finally get the food and she throws it on the counter almost knocking the empty cups down. I told Kim what she did and to playback on the video the whole interaction. I decided not to talk with her anymore and to deal with the other employees who were more pleasant. I can't speak for any other school in Liberty County, but my school will never patronize Zaxbys in Hinesville again!!!!! Kim did not charge me for the milkshake since Andrea made an error. I thanked her and told her I would do the review for her and the other employees. I've never experienced such a horrible experience as this. Get back to the school and distribute the meals, there were only 4 sauces. One ranch and three zax sauces. I ordered two Zax Snack Meals, Kiddie Finger Meal, Chicken Finger Meal and Traditional lemon pepper wings and only received four total. Totally flabbergasted!!!!

It was our first time visiting. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the Lemon pepper wing meal and Chipotle ranch chicken tacos. The wings were a bit tangy and salty but still tasty. Loved the chicken fingers, thick fries, and crispy bread. The tacos were good too, and the service was very fast. Great experience overall!

I have literally NEVER come to this store and NOT had to wait 15-30 minutes for my food. I’m literally sitting in a parking spot as I type this waiting on my sandwich that I ordered in the drive through at 1:40pm…it’s now 1:55 pm.Drive thru line wrapped around the store and there are only what appears to be 4 teenagers working. Tighten up, Zaxbys!

I usually enjoy this location with no problems except after my most recent visit, all of the chicken had a very strong burnt taste to it presumably from them not changing the oil, just sucks to spend so much money to not even eat the food then not even be able to return because of the time.
