Late night service is garbage, waiting in long lines, multiple convos threw headset, with less work on getting people's order out. Why even be open at night if not gonna care about food service timer. Fast food for reason. Not wait an hour for 5pc

I just had the most awful experience at this location. I try and try to give it a chance all the time and it fails every time. I just ordered fried pickles that were burnt to a crisp fries that were mushy and wings that were tasteless. Please do better.

I didn’t go to Zaxbys

I had to repeat my order several times,food was not fresh at all, there seem to be a lot playing on the inside, customer service was slack.I expected more since its a newly opened store.I was very disappointed.I am glad to see that my hometown is getting more eating spots but I'm sure this will be my family's first and last visit there.

Got the 6 piece fingers meal to go, when I got home there was no coleslaw. Great meal, but would have been nice if I got the complete meal I ordered.

Every time(but once) that I come to this location it's a problem. Either the service is slow, I don't get greeted, or there is something missing. Today I ordered 3 meals and not a single meal came with ranch, zax sauce, or napkins.

This place is terrible. I’m in the drive thru as we speak. I have been sitting here in my car waiting for my food for 40 minutes. There are employees all over this place just hanging out. There is no care at all for customers. This manager should be fired. Useless staff Just got my food. I got 4 chicken finger plates and asked for sauce. I get TWO honey mustards for 20 chicken fingers. Thanks a lot. Cost me $60 for trash service.

Food is slipping. The grease has to be changed out periodically so the product tastes fresh. My finger plate tastes burnt. Fries are cold and not fresh. Disappointed....again.
