Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxbys is one of my favorite chains. I’ve never had issues at any other location except this one. Every visit WITHOUT FAIL is at least 30 minutes in the drive through line. The longest I’ve experience was 52 minutes, and the serving sizes here are consistently skimpy. Something needs to change because this location is a huge disservice to the chain.

i went inside to order food and the manager is inside YELLING in her employees faces. YELLING bad too. idk about yall, but you should never speak to ANYBODY that way regardless if the employee made a mistake or not. very unprofessional and honestly disgusting.

Bad management need new one

On 3/13, evening shift. Drive thru girl was great and apologized for the simple mistake. But for some reason, the girl at the counter decided to make jokes and laugh with other customers (her friends i assume) about how sad it is that someone has a food allergy that can kill them and that an elderly woman can't have fried products due to cholesterol issues. Said that she should just give up and pass away then. Really didn't appreciate someone making a joke about the death of my grandmother and making a joke about someone's food allergy, and saying only lame nerds have food allergies to condiments. Really should learn respect for others, much less customers. She didn't know it was my order until I said why and they should be ashamed.

The food was decent and service was okay. I’m giving 3 stars because the floors were extremely slippery all over. I had to walk very carefully to keep from sliding down.

This place has gone downhill to an insane amount. Used to be fast, fresh, and tasty. Now you sit in the drive through for 40 minutes. Sat there so long once the TWO people in front of me gave up. They'll have 10 people waiting to order inside and have one person on the register. This place sucks ass. Not going back anymore.

They decided to pressure wash the drive thru curb in the middle of lunch rush causing a back up of cars and poor traffic flow. Seems like something to do at closing or well before opening.

Boneless wings cooked way too long couldn’t even bite them.Not the first time this has happened, probably won’t be the last. Please watch food , People don’t like burnt hard food. Service was slow but that’s typical Zaxbys.

The zaxbys is horrible. I am military and corporate need to get down here fast. The prices are not even close with the amount of food that we are given. Believe ever comment that you read, because they are all true. This zaxby is a joke and the food is not to standard. This is pretty much a military town and we expect to pay for good food. Someone need to step in fast because this is the worst zaxbys that I have ever been too!!!!

Completely and utterly unprofessional as a customer and a dasher. Refused to make incorrect orders and orders that were taken from other individuals even after showing the order number. Stated that it won't get remade and do not care if someone else grabbed it.

I just left Zaxbys and the food tasted terrible. I went back in to get it replaced and the new meal they gave me still had a burnt taste. The young lady at the window was very unprofessional and rude. We wasted our money and our time.
