I ordered pizza from this location. Hour goes by based on the estimated time they gave… waited a little longer - called - no one answers the phone. Check my bank account & they processed a refund.. there was no email or phone call saying they were going to cancel the order. Terrible communication

Never picks up phone , pizza was burnt

The food was pretty good. But the menu was wrong and the cost of the pizza was almost double what was advertised.

Not worth the 25 bucks for wings and a 14” pizza…not to mention I ordered boneless and got traditional….The wings were better than the pizza, it’s about the same as Dominoes….

The place doesn't look very clean, it's very dark and takes too long. At least it has a/c now.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place told me that my pizza would be to meet within a 45 minute time period it was 2 hours later and I tried to call them and get A. Refund, just to find out that they reversed my payment and did not let me know that I was not going to receive my pizza, I called them twice in the process of this 2 hour. Wait time and was told it would be there within thirty minutes both times. I do not recommend anyone call this place or go get pizza from here. This place is a joke. They do not answer the phone. When you call half the time, they will answer it and hang up instead of answering it like a professional place would do. This is the worst pizza place that you could possibly have around you

First off they deliver to Ludowici. We have ordered many times and the pizza has been great.

My wife’s dessert roll was not cooked all the way through for the second time now. The staff was very unprofessional while I was in the store. And the inside looked pretty dirty which wasn’t appetizing.

I love this place I even love to tip the people when I go there.. because I really want them to make my pizza the way I need it because I have health issues.. and let them know of my health issues and how I need it..Every single time they don't listen to me not one time have they listened to me on how I want my pizza.. I'm not sending my pizza back because I have friends that work in the food industry and people will spit in your.. when you return and complain.. this goes on in restaurants all the time. it's is witnessed by many other employees.. not that this place does that but that's why I'm not sending my food back with a complaint.. I just wish to God in heaven that somebody could make my pizza their the way I want it when I tip you so well.. if somebody tells you they have health problems you should go above and beyond the call of duty to make that pizza the way they need it.. does anybody truly give a damn about other people" ? or do they just go through the emotions of their job..When I got home with my pizza I was so damn disappointed I'm paying $17 and something for a tiny gluten-free pizza and I want it my way and I can't get it... That's a damn shame.. ?

Dietary restrictions: I can't have too much pizza sauce. I can't have too much cheese" and I can't have gluten.. but no one seems to care.. I'm so disappointed because I paid $20 for a little tiny Pizza that was not right.. and that's not the first time it's happened.. and yes I did stress to her how I wanted it.. and tipped her a few dollars

My only complaint is the unprofessionalism from the staff answering the phone. 90% of the time, they just say hello. Everything else is great. Also, dont order online, its way more expensive.

We love the pizza we get here, we usually pick up but we ordered delivery at 7:20 pm and it is 9:04 and the pizza has still not arrived. Called and they said it was in the way but almost 2 hours for delivery seems insane and to not even be apologetic in the slightest….Edit it showed up at 9:32 ice cold. lol.
