I love this place I even love to tip the people when I go there.. because I really want them to make my pizza the way I need it because I have health issues.. and let them know of my health issues and how I need it..Every single time they don't listen to me not one time have they listened to me on how I want my pizza.. I'm not sending my pizza back because I have friends that work in the food industry and people will spit in your.. when you return and complain.. this goes on in restaurants all the time. it's is witnessed by many other employees.. not that this place does that but that's why I'm not sending my food back with a complaint.. I just wish to God in heaven that somebody could make my pizza their the way I want it when I tip you so well.. if somebody tells you they have health problems you should go above and beyond the call of duty to make that pizza the way they need it.. does anybody truly give a damn about other people" ? or do they just go through the emotions of their job..When I got home with my pizza I was so damn disappointed I'm paying $17 and something for a tiny gluten-free pizza and I want it my way and I can't get it... That's a damn shame.. ?Dietary restrictions: I can't have too much pizza sauce. I can't have too much cheese" and I can't have gluten.. but no one seems to care.. I'm so disappointed because I paid $20 for a little tiny Pizza that was not right.. and that's not the first time it's happened.. and yes I did stress to her how I wanted it.. and tipped her a few dollars

We love the pizza we get here, we usually pick up but we ordered delivery at 7:20 pm and it is 9:04 and the pizza has still not arrived. Called and they said it was in the way but almost 2 hours for delivery seems insane and to not even be apologetic in the slightest….Edit it showed up at 9:32 ice cold. lol.

I love Zoners food. From the pizza to the lasagna, wings and the subs! Salads are big and full of toppings! Customer service is great and if you have a problem they will quickly try to fix it!

This place is literally amazing and I’m so grateful that I got blessed to try them. The owner had come into my workplace and I felt absolutely terrible about them having to wait so long for their meal. So as a manager, I gave them some coupons to make up for it! because they really did wait LONG! but I would’ve never expected what the sweet owner of this amazing place did for me in return!! She had given me a free coupon because I had mentioned that me and my husband had always wanted to try it but we never financially really could. We try to save a lot by not eating out. The food is literally amazing like even by the looks of it. Just the looks alone could change the world! And the staff are really friendly too. The taste of it was even more spectacular! I’m proud to call zoners our new splurge every few weeks!

Very disappointed. Spent 50 bucks and the calzone was undercooked. Ok no problem, things happen then i opened the pizza the toppings were so few.5 topping pizza and it was paper thin. Shrinkflation I guess. Will not support them again for awhile.

Pizza reminds me of the TMNT cartoon pizza slices, tastes absolutely delicious. They were quick to make our order and took no time at all for us to pick it up. Their dessert is to die for, especially the cinnamon sticks. Will definitely be ordering

This is the first food review I've done but, I moved to Hinesville around two years ago. Zoners has become a staple in my home. I honestly probably get it more than I should, some months once a week! That just tells how great of a place this is. We typically get the same pizza but sometimes mix it up. I have never been disappointed. Also the cheesy breadsticks are a must have. Thank you zoners team for staying consistent over the last two years. Hands down best pizza I've had.

My favorite is the two XL pizzas, five wings, and two breadsticks. It's the best price.My reasoning for giving it four stars is because it really is hit or miss. There have been times where my order was absolutely perfect and there have been times where they were atrocious. I really can't say why that is, but that is the case.First and foremost, their wings are a total MISS. They are greasy and fatty. They are terrible to bite into and the flavors I have gotten so far have been lackluster.Their breadsticks are probably a solid 7.5/10 when they aren't burnt. You have some pieces that are smaller, some pieces that are bigger. Overall, they're not that bad. They are dry breadsticks and not wet, so if that's what you like, then definitely try them. They're great with the dips.Their NY style pizza is pretty good. Topping portions are okay. I have tried thin crust and normal crust before, but only because somehow they managed to mix my order up. The pizza here is pretty good and they are also good prices. I'd get Zoner's before any other pizza chain restaurant in Hinesville.Zoner's would definitely get 5/5 stars from me if their wings were improved and their quality of orders improved. I have made lots of orders from Zoner's because I really enjoy their food in general, but I'd say every other order, you'll be missing something.So far, I've had different crusts given to me, missing ordered dipping sauces, burnt breadsticks, different flavor wings given to me.Whenever I've had an issue and called about it, they were nice to me and sincerely apologized.So overall, a 4/5. Really good shop and you should try their pizza out. Nice and hot, it's excellent. Great prices and good service.
