i’m not one to normally take time to write bad reviews, but i feel like i literally have to. so it’s friday “night” technically saturday morning because it’s 12:26am. i’ve driven past this place a few times and noticed their hours say they’re open from 11am to 2am on fridays and saturdays. i call just to double check, but surprise! nobody answers. i was only calling to ask how many chicken tenders come in the chicken tender basket (important info), but i figured maybe it’s late and they’re not taking phone orders anymore, so i let it go. i place my order online mind you, i go all in and make an account because they have a point system (love that for me), so i’ll give them a little credit for that. after ordering, i screenshot my apple pay confirmation at exactly 12:31am. it takes me 8 minutes to get there, and i swear i was probably the most excited i’ve ever been for food in my life. imagine my surprise when show up and they’re CLOSED. immediately i google the hours again to make sure i’m not trippin, then i walk up to the door just to confirm it. and of all days, they decide to close EARLY, bro. and i would’ve understood if there was a sign that said something like “closed early due to short staffing” or anything like that but no and i already paid. i say all this to say not a great first impression. i might give them one more shot, but i don't know. especially because, i had actually read a review before ordering where someone said a similar thing had happened to them and did i take it as a warning? no. they really let me place a full order online with zero warning that they were closed. now i’m out $13 and food. BOOO. so if you’ve made it to the end of this, consider it your a warning don’t go there if you’re starving on a weekend night with nothing else is open. you will end up disappointed, hungry, and mildly betrayed.

I've ordered from this amazing place twice from door dash, and the food was fresh and hot each time. I never new this place was here in Dallas! Try the lemon cake it is moist and delicious! I will be back! Thanks!

I visited this location twice, on the first occasion I went about 10pm, My husband, daughter and myself approached the door and discovered it was locked (kudos to the security measure) the guys who we saw in the restaurant was cooking and appeared to be by himself. He signaled for us to wait, after about 5 mins passing, he came to the door, like we wasn't suppose to be there ? with such a nonchalant attitude, he say yall picking up a order, I respond and say we would like to place a order. He cuts me off mid way and say we stop taking walk in orders at 9pm. *1st thought was why isn't that listed on your website or under your hours of operation. And why you being rude! But oh well maybe it was a rough night for him or he was tired. Idk but OK, cool! Still willing to give them a try. My husband stops in yesterday 10/22 for lunch we had the double burger and fries!
Fries over cooked and over seasoned Burger was EXTREMELY salty and DRY!! Bun was soggy, I guess it was supposed to be toasted but blah!
I will try again, for a 3rd strike and I'll update my review. Maybe it was a busy lunch hour, but I don't want to have a stroke from eating a pound of salt on all my food ? so hopefully my 3rd try is golden ?

My family and I visited this past weekend to celebrate the life of my mom-tie (My mom’s bestie). It was great getting to see my 2nd family and enjoying delicious food. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend dining at Affextionate Cuizine as you will not be disappointed.

I was with my dad and my mom and the food was amazing I would definitely come back the fried chicken was cooked perfectly the baked chicken was juicy and so good the yams had not to much sugar but a good amount the green tasted so good and don’t let me tell u about the Mac and CHEESE bro it is so cheesy and so good omg I would definitely go again I think u should try it out
