This is the second time I have walked in this location and walked right out. The lady said can we make you a sandwich and I was like I can’t do brown lettuce. She let me continue to walk out instead of saying let me change that lettuce what is up with the brown lettuce I just want a Blimpie sandwich!!!???

Blimpie in same space w/ Coldstone Creamery. Clean, service is always good, bread, meats & toppings are fresh. Been visiting for years & no bad experiences. Was serviced by Von today, whom at that moment was working both the Blimpie & Coldstone Creamery counters w/ a positive attitude & a smile. Space can be a bit noisy at times & is often busy during the evening hours. Certainly recommend if your in the Hiram area.

They don’t have their own dedicated staff, instead they have that work for the Cold Stone Ice Cream side as well as the Blimpie Subs and Salads side. Also, they won’t allow you to use your Blimpie rewards, whether it’s with your phone or email. I’ve reached out to Blimpie corporate and they said, this should have its own receipt and not one with Cold Stone Ice Cream on it. They are looking into to this as well as reaching out to them manager because as Blimpie says Blimpie Rewards customer shall always be awarded their point, whether or not they order online or in-store.
