I placed a to go order tonight. I bought a bundle as part of the order with boneless wings, strips, and large fries for $20. I paid $4 on top of that to upgrade the fries to curds. The curds normally cost 10.99 by themselves. When I called and told them they messed up they said sorry we’ll give you $4 store credit or refund. I tried to explain that I didn’t receive fries or curds so it should be more than $4. I was told fries are included and I upgraded to cheese curds. By that logic I should’ve had the fries in the bag since I paid for them. And I didn’t receive the curds. I will not go back there. They also messed up my cauliflower which wasn’t supposed to have sauce on it but on the side, and my sauces which were also included in the bundle but I didn’t receive. And everything was cold. But $4 will make up for the inconvenience of shorting my kids dinner and the 30 minute drive to go back there. Your apology isn’t worth spit if you can’t back it up with quality and convenience and the food I paid for.

Pretty good place in Hiram, great for meet ups and to watch football. The food is pretty good and the place is clean plus the employees are patient and nice with good service, the Strawberry lemonade is amazing and the people who eat here are all friendly would definitely recommend if your in the mood for good wings

Sunday 12/14/2025. Food is good. Service is terrible. The bartender just wants to talk to a regular and not serve drinks. She needs to go. I would call her out by name but think that's inappropriate. The managers will know who works the pm bar shift.

My husband and I go here about once a month. We always get the fried pickles and their buffalo chicken wrap is really good. Servers are always friendly except for 1 time we had an awful server. But we haven't see her since and don't hold 1 bad experience against the establishment. Will continue to eat here.

The waitress was great. Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. Most of the salad was wilted and old and tasted horrible Also ordered a big sample platter. I’m pretty sure it was just microwaved. Nothing was hot whatsoever or tasted fresh in anyway.

We ordered pickup. We were missing items from our order. I tried to call 10 separate times… the 2 times I actually got someone on the phone and told them we are missing items, they put me on hold for 15+ minutes EACH time. She said they were “busy” I literally just let 15 minutes ago… they had a total of 3 customers in the building. 2 of which were at the bar.
