Everything was good, but there was this smell of cigarette smoke. I didn't see anyone smoking nor did I ask about it or if smoking was permitted. Other than that, I will order from them again, even if it's just takeout.
It took over 30 minutes to get our food, which came out cold. Waitress never checked on us or seen if we needed drink refills after the food was dropped at the table. The waitress dropped the check, and we wanted dessert. It was horrible all the way around.

Not even sure the server told us her name. She didnt know the menu so couldnt answer simple questions. Hard to upsell when your staff doesnt know the menu. We had to ask her to remove our appetizer plates after she brought our meals out. For a mostly empty dining room entrees shouldn't take forever nor should it come out cold. We were missing bread for a salad it was brought out after we asked for it but she stood across the table just holding the plate not say anything and she kept reaching across us or the table. Also took additional 20 mins to get a to go order that we placed when we ordered entrees. Tried to talk to someone before we left but no one was at the host stand. Being from the industry this was a horrible experience.
The tall blonde headed lady that works the bar is rude & walks around like she has a stick up her behind. If you are miserable and don’t want to work then quit.

This dine in trip had to become take out. The day we came in, they appeared heavily understaffed, and we had to get our food to go. Even though there were few customers, the staff seemed overwhelmed and "in the weeds." Fortunately, they were kind enough to get our meals ready to go for us to have to run out quickly and get back to work.

Definitely don’t come here on a Saturday! Friday crew is so much better. Service on Saturdays is barely mediocre (Bar side) just save your money for a Friday night for a great time/AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
