Worker behind the counter was talking & cussing loudly. The stainless behind the counter was in need of cleaning as were the sears throughout.
Had one of the worst Burger King sandwiches in my life. Order the double whopper. It was dry and overcooked.
I’ve had fresh hamburgers from there before. But this one taste like it had been sitting for a while and microwaved.
Not sure what’s going on with the management there. But it’s not good.
Food was pretty good considering i was the last customer of the night.
If I could give 0 stars I would this restaurant never says thank you or says anything to their customers NO customer service. I worked here & I know they train you but the managers must not give 2 shits
This place is a joke and adjust the specials how it wants, how you gonna tell me I can’t order two of the same sandwich under the $7 trio…. Just another nasty restaurant I won’t go to especially with a manager who could care less
Fries were not fresh and the soda station was out of all the zero or low calorie drinks! Restaurant appreaed clean
The food was fresh and tasted just fine. The tables are always dirty here though and the service is meh. No one seems to be in a good mood. It's as no one wants to be there.
I ordered three meals and they messed all three meals up! I tried calling but to no surprise, no answer. Today, I stopped by on my way home from work (I work in Atlanta) & I politely asked for a manager. A man comes up and I explain how hard my chicken sandwiches were and to the point I couldn't even bite into it and they messed my bacon cheeseburger up. Mid sentence, he walks away. He then comes back after a few minutes and says it's nothing he can do without a receipt and food. The receipt is in the trash along with that food! Why would I hold on to food for 24hrs especially when I don't pass by BK until I leave my job?! I guess my video of the messed up and stale food wasn't enough and I needed to keep the food in my car until I left work. That's disgusting! I need corporate's email and phone number. This is horrible!

This is the worst Burger King that I have visited. Every time, I go through the drive-thru my order is messed up. It also happens when I go into the store. The worst part of my experience is the Manager. When ever there is a situation, before the drive-thru cashier can assist with the problem, he interrupts immediately. He does not give anyone time to state what the issue is nor does he allow the cashier to fix the problem. I find this to be rude and frustrating. I, too am a manager and you have to allow your employees to assist with situations first and then if a situation escalates the manager or supervisor intervenes. I hope Burger King re-trains him on customer service because he needs it. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

The hamburger was tasty, but the battered dill pickles were absolutely horrible.
They were soggy and the batter was nasty. Not sure if I'd go back there.

The foods ok, service at the drive thru though that’s eh. Every time you pull up to the speaker one person takes your order and another hops on and tells you to hold on (something that should be talked about with the team) I’ve went there for over a year and it happens every time. Also don’t get their sweet tea, again for over a year i went there and the sweet tea isn’t sweet tea, it’s like a flat old Dr. pepper and tea half and half or a flat old diet coke with tea mixed every single time. Other than those two issues, it’s a decent place.
