I have refrained from leaving reviews at this location but clearly they still cant get their stuff together. The food was Luke warm at best. We were missing items and the useless person at the window damn near threw the order at my husband.

I've completely lost my patience with this Burger King in Hiram. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru and waited over 12 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, the employee asked if I had a Whopper combo. I told him no, and he asked again what I ordered—then actually questioned if I was sure that’s what I ordered. After about 30 seconds, it became clear they gave my order to the car in front of me. Since I hadn’t paid yet, I just left. I didn’t leave a review at the time, thinking maybe it was just a bad day and I’d give them another chance.
Big mistake.
Because I already didn’t trust the drive-thru, I went inside this time and ordered a Number 9 medium, which is a chicken sandwich according to their own menu. I got home ready for lunch—only to find out they gave me a fish sandwich (their Number 10). Not only is that careless, but I’m allergic to fish, so the entire meal had to go straight into the trash.
This is pure negligence. If your staff can’t even read your own menu or double-check orders, then you’re putting customers at risk and driving away business. Be very cautious going to this Burger King. It’s consistently sloppy, careless, and frankly, just not worth the headache.

They prioritize the drive thru over people inside. Service was slow. They left 2 items off of my order, did not give me my receipt. I had to look at the screen and let them know what was missed. While waiting for my food, and while eating it, the managers and crew were yelling and arguing with each other. This is my first time going inside, I've been through the drive thru many times.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Burger King location is everything! The food was hot and fresh, the service was excellent, and to top it off—they scored a 100 on their health inspection! You don’t always expect this level of quality at a fast food spot, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I went to this BK location about 10 pm last night (Saturday) My husband and I ordered two impossible whoppers. The first bite I took out of mine was hard. I thought it was something in the sandwich. When I looked, a piece of the burger was so dried out it was hard. My husband took a two bites of his and said that it didn’t taste right. I took a bite of his and his tasted burnt. So sad because this location is always good. But not this time.

Ordered a whopper off of uber eats and they put cheese on it even though i didnt ask for any. Tried to get a refund they said i couldnt have it. Tried to call the restaurant and all of a sudden the phone number dont work… what are yall still open for??? Thats why yall fries dry and nasty!!!
Worker behind the counter was talking & cussing loudly. The stainless behind the counter was in need of cleaning as were the sears throughout.

Had one of the worst Burger King sandwiches in my life. Order the double whopper. It was dry and overcooked.
I’ve had fresh hamburgers from there before. But this one taste like it had been sitting for a while and microwaved.
Not sure what’s going on with the management there. But it’s not good.
