Drove by this place one day and thought I should try it out!!!!I ordered the fried pork chops with Mac and cheese and Green beans. Definitely will be going back. When you walk in everyone greeted me. Atmosphere feels like you're at home.

Food was very disappointing! If u do go and pay with cash make sure u have exact change. Mine was $25.54, I gave her $30 and she kept my change. It should be a customers choice to leave a tip!!! I always do where ever I go but they make sure u do!!!

Good country food. Their food is seasoned well, tastes like my Mama's cooking, very good. We enjoyed everything except the desserts, unfortunately, the dessert was not as good as the meal. It tasted like a simple cake mix and was on the dry side. The staff is friendly and polite. Service was good but they are working on the other stores at this location, parking lot is a real mess and very difficult to get in and out of. When construction is finished, I recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a good country meal. Enjoy!

Well I guess they are still out of there chicken and dumplings because when my food order was picked up today and brought to me at work I opened the to go box and bowl and noticed it was not their traditional chicken and dumplings. It was a heated up can of Hormel brand. Are you kidding me??? It looked like Hormel and tasted like Hormel. I've eaten at this place before so I knew what to expect. Wrong!!!!!!! Attn: Restaurant, please don't do this to your customers and be honest and let them know you're still out of chicken and dumplings. I am very disappointed that I paid $17.43 for this. ?☹️☹️☹️??.

We ate there at 2:00 on a weekday. The small shopping center where they are located is being renovated so they are currently not very visible. But their food is amazing and the service is friendly. I had fried catfish, hushpuppies, collard greens, and fried squash. My husband had the meatloaf, which was superb, green beans, and baked beans. I look forward to going again to try their fried chicken, mac and cheese and fried okra. My husband wants to try their hamburger steak.

Ate there today, I had meatloaf . my wife had chicken and dressing.The meatloaf was good, She said the chicken needed some chicken in it. She drank water with lemon . they charged $1.50 for the water.never been to a Restaurant that charged for water.

Food was good. Our waitress Brooke was very helpful and always checking on us. Oh and the pitaschio cake was amazing!! Will definitely be back even though the sweet tea was weak and I didn’t care for the kitchen manager; she was rude and very condescending.

My family and I went for the first time tonight and I have to say it was delicious! All the workers are super friendly! Our party of 5 had absolutely no complaints! Would definitely recommend!
Honestly I dont know where else you would find country cooking as good as this here, they also have a vegetable stand less than half mile down the road. everything we have gotten here has always been fresh and delicious, if you ever have a problem with your order they will fix it and not just make it right but better than before! a little pricey but what's not in this day and age [6/22/22]

Sad story here, I absolutely love country cooking and I also love supporting small businesses. HOWEVER if you come here aside from getting delicious quality food you will see a it is definitely over priced and the portions are 100% HIT OR MISS. One day we will get a full container of mash potatoes other days it looks like a tablespoon. If I do patron this business again I will have to check my order religiously.

I have thoroughly enjoyed both of our visits. It's like going to a friend's for dinner and having real home cooking. My teenaged son was a little concerned over the modest portions, but myself having to "eat like a vegan" as instructed by my doctor, loved having many vegetables from which to choose. My wish now, is that they will have more days with dinner hours. If they do, we will eat there much more often. I don't get home from the office until between 6 and 7 most weekdays.

Server was so kind! Sweet tea was perfect! Food was amazing! We had the fried green tomatoes, country fried steak, fried pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy and okra! It was all sooooo good! Also took home some peach cobbler and chocolate cake which are making the perfect late night snack! Highly recommend ☺️
