I've been a regular customer for a while now, and the food has been good, except for today. It took an hour for 10 wings and a tilapia plate. They had a few customers not many and My tilapia came out without its toping that originally supposed to have, basically plain with nothing on it. The waitress took it back to get fixed and it came back the same way.The first time I've ever experienced bad service here. Long story short I got a refund and I didn't eat anything from here after waiting so long.

I ordered online on 9/16. I ordered a 10 piece wing/ fries and a side of okra and paid online. Total meal was $25 and some change. I received a call before I picked up my order stating they did not have okra ($7.99). I asked for a refund on that item since they did not have it. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told that the owner would credit my card the 7.99 ( okra). They refused to give me a refund via cash even though I had already paid for it. I still have not heard from the owner or received my refund back on my account for a item I did not receive, but paid for.
I am sooooo disappointed!! This place must have changed management. It used to be my "go to" spot for the best hot wings. I went today and the service was terrible! The young lady at the register asked me to wait a minute when I arrived to pick up my order. She was typing for at least 5 minutes and then she answered the phone to take someone else's order before assisting me. Then she quotes my order to me, but when I get to the car, I noticed that they didn't give me the extra blue cheese that I ordered. I go back in and it takes FOREVER for her to give me the missing blue cheese. The wings were still good, but the fries were stale, as if they had been cooked earlier and rewarmed in a microwave. Well, another one bites the dust! I was a regular, but I will NEVER go back again..

Had the philly and wings combo and the potato skins...absolutely HORRIBLE potato skins and wings..so dry a flavorless..the wings had barley a sprinkle of Buffalo sauce and was like dry flavorless jerk with a hint of Buffalo sauce. The philly was ok in flavor but VERY skimpy on the meat..1st and last time I go.

Thank you Mia's Cafe Wing Max! Stopped by to pick up some wings for dinner on my way home tonight and they were a great hit! Wings were cooked perfect, had great flavor and husband has no leftovers for tomorrow now. GREAT JOB!

Racist woman working the bar tonight made me wait extra for my food while she took car of other patron and my food was just sitting there waiting . I asked for refund and she refused it. This is unacceptable behavior if any restaurant I’m going to complain to the licensing board of not allowing refund

First time customer : Ordered meals via Uber Eats tonight and definitely will be the last, unfortunately. Our delivery and service with Uber Eats was wonderful, the food however was not. I ordered a kids grilled cheese which was smashed in a tiny box with maybe one slice of rock hard cheese for the whole sandwich. My daughter wouldn't touch it and we made our own here at home. It was pitiful. We got a chicken breast salad which looked more like an overdone chicken tender which contained maybe 6 small pieces of chicken. 6 piece lemon pepper wings were actually "ok" but extremely salty. Fries were bland. Suggestion, put more effort into the food instead of extra nice delivery bags.

Wings were spot on. Not over cooked and not under. Light crisp and seasoned right. Made fresh to order. I had lemon pepper wings with celery and fries. Very Happy! Nice and quiet environment during lunch,surprisingly! Great wing combo!
Cafe Wing Max is my favorite wing place. The customer service is great!

We eat here once a week with friends. It is one of the quieter location in the area to gather and talk over decent food. The wings are on the small side but not so small as to not return. This location recently changed owners. At first service was very poor but our current regular server is much better. The wings and fries however have continued to be overcooked occasionally. If this continues we'll find somewhere else to meet.

Food is always nice and hot, I love the flavor and cook of the wings. The wing sauce (hot and mild) is my absolute favorite it's very unique, I can't really describe it, but I thoroughly enjoy it. Service can be a bit slow if u don't call ahead for take-out, so be sure to do so if u are taking it out. All in all, I have enjoyed this establishment for years, even under new management.
