This is the absolute worse experience ever. All of my food was cold and on top of that, the young lady at the window was not attentive at all. She said literally nothing to me. If I could give zero stars I would and no I didn’t go back because I was hungry so I just had to suck it up and eat the food but if this is how you guys treat customers and their food then you might want to consider another career field.

Not even a 1 star but there's no option for that. The girl at the window had an attitude, and I ask for salt and catsup and she slammed the window and came back with 2 packets of catsup and no salt then shut the window and walked away. Then I went back to the walk up window and people were waiting for 15 minutes and we're told , one minute. Then the people inside would not come anywhere near that window again. I left without being waited on. A grub hub driver waited 20 minutes for his delivery to be ready.

While my friends enjoyed their food. Unfortunately..... Mine, not that great. My burger was hard, crunchy ( it's a hamburger) Nasty!
Stopped to get my kids some popcorn chicken and fries but decided to try the dry rub BBQ wings as well. The popcorn chicken was ok. Seemed old and the fries were not hot. BUT THOSE WINGS!! OMG! They were soo good! Going back for those tomorrow. Carrying my big back all the way!

Parking: It's not dine in but drive thru only so unless eating in car parking isn't an issue. Think only one handicap spot but no issues with parking.

Ordered at 5:34 pm, Got asked to pull off to the side to wait because the chicken "would take a while". Meanwhile watched multiple cars come and go through the drive thru and get their food. People pulled over into the waiting area next to us 10 minutes afterwards, they got their food and left. At 5:59 they came out to me and missed part of my order. At 6:11 I received the last of my food after I walked up to the window.
