I had been a customer since the doors opened. I used to enjoy coming here, but the last time we ate here was a major disappointment. The staff was so rude. Ashley rang my order wrong and then blamed me and Madison was very rude, yelled at my husband in front of the entire dining area, and refused to fix it. I remember when John cared more about his customers, but apparently those days are gone. I have never known this location to treat people like this until now. I will miss the way it used to be, but I dont plan to be back for more rude treatment.

The BEST place to get a burger in Hiram. They have a lot of seasonings for the fries to choose from and you get to pick as many toppings as you want for your burgers. Everything is fresh and delicious and the place is very clean.

I love this restaurant! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the only restaurants that I know of that lets you pick as many burger toppings as you want. They also come around and give out free extra fries. Most restaurants these days are too stingy with their portions, so I appreciate Cheeseburger Bobby's for keeping their customers first. I also love that they have impossible burgers and they use fresh potatoes for the fries.

We both had a regular burger with cheese. Had it to go. Gave us a box to pack our toppings. Very convenient.
The burgers was delicious.
Home made French fries was delicious as well. Gave us a big portion. Enough for 2.
Was mt first time there. Will definitely come again.

The cashier, Madison, was so sweet and gave off such positive energy! Excellent customer skills!

I’ve only been to this location a few times but it’s always clean and the food is always delicious. Definitely recommend - some fast food spots around here leave much to be desired.

Love that they have vegetarian burgers! Staff is always kind even when absolutely mobbed. The extra fries while eating is a great touch!
