Chili's Grill & Bar

We went just for the Nashville hot Monterella app, but they didn't have them. Once we got done eating and we only stayed because we were hungry. They came to the table and said the manager just got back with the Monterella if we wanted to order some. Well no we don't we had already paid and were ready to leave.

Terrible experience, poor table service, NO time management resulting in my wife receiving a partial order and then, Because only after we ordered and had been waiting did the waitress let us know they did not have the Chili's dip so she waited longer for a substitute which was delivered lukewarm.. while the food I ordered was MIA.. I had no food until I made a point to ask that was later delivered by the "manager" with an attitude.. by this time my wife was done eating her tortillas chips (without her preferred dip or any entree) and I had enough. I called the manager back to the table and let my wife talk so that I wouldn't embarrass her.. we paid for the Southwest egg rolls that we ate as an appetizer and our drinks we did not leave a tip.

This being the second time we had a bad experience at this Chili's we won't go back so please No superficial response needed by Chili's management to this post.

So much staff walking and standing around.. being on their phone... laughing and cutting up with each other... it just comes down to the abisimle management of staff!

Don't bother coming to this Chili's there are too many choices available to go elsewhere to have to put up with this kind of service and the managements crappy attitude.

Better service than most, food is always good. Only problems is its always cold inside during the winter, bring a jacket!

I typically don’t like to write these types of reviews however, If I could give a 0 stars to this location I sure would. This has to be one of the nastiest Chili’s I have been to. Hostess has to be the most unfriendliness person for serious and has no hostility at all. As you walk in Multiple Table that haven’t been clean for long periods of time. The hostess went to sit us at a table that was dirty that had sauce on the table and some food crumbles. rather than clean the table with a wet towel or some cleaner she wipe the table With a dry paper towel rubbing in the sauce in to the table pretty much. So my husband went to the bathroom to grab a wet & dry paper towel to clean the table as he was in the bathroom the server came to The table ask what would we like to drink I advised her that table was dirty so my spouse was getting wet paper towels to clean the table rather than asking if she could Clean the table for us she simply said ok and walked away she came back
Took our order when she read the order back it was incorrect. I ordered the Margarita chicken plate. When my food came out the food didn’t even look that appealing the chicken had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever so it taste bland I had to ask for limes and salsa just to make up for flavor. Over all the service, food and cleanliness of this location was extremely poor. Manager never even came to check on the tables or customers So poor management also. I would have some what understand if they were busy however that was not the case. The staff and managers had enough time to sit around and chat they could have time to
Clean tables and attend to the tables.

Server was Lauren and she was nice at first but did not carry a note pad although we were ordering several things on a busy friday night. Forgot to ring in our triple dipper as an appetizer so we never received it . Did not put in our margaritas until after entrees arrived. I asked for a dressing with my bowl and never got it OF COURSE! and after all these errors she never apologized, comped anything, or sent a manager. If i ever come back I will specifically request NOT to have her

Jessie was amazing. Probably the absolute best server I’ve ever encountered. He was on point. So much on point I couldn’t help but notice how good he was taking care of not just our table, but all of the surrounding tables around the bar, and the bar itself. I didn’t get the chance to stop him and tell him how good he was doing. But I hope you see this Jessie. Good customer service like yours needs to be recognized. We will definitely be back.

Went there for the 3 for me Lunch special, but our server took so long that he couldn’t ring in the special…. So I sat down at 2:35 right, (lunch is from 11-3) plenty of time to greet and get the order in. Mind you, it isn’t busy at all and I’m a server too, so I get it but that’s crazy to take over 25 mins to take an order. And when I saw the bill and asked why my meal was $30+, he said we ran out of time for lunch… like nahhh it took you 20+ mins to hit the table so ain’t no “we”. Fortunately the manager took care of it, but that’s crazyyy. Why wouldn’t you mention it was past lunch time before I ordered cause a $20 turned into a $30+ meal and it was cause of your incompetence… crazy work

Tried this place again, after I said I wouldn't. Out of honey Chipotle sauce for the tenders( the only thing I order). Got a hamburger, which was good, but luke warm fries. After waiting 40 mins for food I was not waiting for fresh fries.
