Chili's Grill & Bar

Came on a Saturday night around 8:30, Food was so good , hot , fresh , and so much flavor. My server was Fallon and she was great!! Super sweet & very attentive to my little family . I would come back a million times. I only write reviews if I had super negative or super amazing service and this experience was amazing. My family and I left so happy , will be coming back.

Best desert in town and I love a triple dipper! Waitress Presley was super sweet and a bit over worked. Chili's, please hire a hostess! The waitresses need to be able to focus on their tables and customers.

Dropped my daughter off to a birthday dinner here, came back approximately 1hr later and she hadn't even gotten a drink. I had went to a completely different establishment and had a full course meal before returning. She texted me that the server was very slow but I literally couldn't believe she hadn't even received her lemonade. Very concerning and disappointing.

Not really sure what's going on at this location lately, my partner and I come here regularly but the last 2 experiences have been terrible, a week or so ago we went in and the entire visit our waiter was sitting in a booth flirting and ignoring most of the tables in his area we went without drinks for a majority of our meal and today 12/27 we went in, was seated and ignored for over 10 minutes before getting up and walking out, we normally have a fantastic experience here and am entirely disappointed with the way service has been.

I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while and had a girls day with my daughter, niece, and sisters. Derrick was our server and was very accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I will definitely ask for Derrick when you go.

Always long waits for to go

Dear Customer Service Team,

On last Sunday, I visited the Chili's restaurant located in Hiram. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the service I experienced when attempting to use the to-go services provided at that location. The to-go specialist who assisted me was completely unprofessional, lacked attentiveness to the needs of customers she served, and was also extremely rude.

Additionally, the employee was constantly texting or using her cell phone during the entire time she was assisting me. This created a significant delay in receiving timely assistance and resulted in a lack of adequate support throughout my transaction. Not only was she not attentive to the needs of customers she was serving, but she also communicated to customers in an extremely rude manner. Overall, the way she treated me and other customers seemed to be dismissive and unwelcoming, as opposed to being welcoming like most restaurants I've been to previously.

I have included some details about the employee so management can recognize the individual and take action to correct the behavior exhibited. The employee had a light complexion, long red hair, and wore blue jeans.

In the past, I have had very good dining experiences at Chili's locations. Therefore, I wanted to bring this particular negative experience to your attention and I hope this information will help management improve the quality of customer service moving forward.

Worst food in Hiram my stomach started hurting immediately and food looked horrible I tried it because I was really hungry and didn't want to go off appearance. The food was atrocious and burnt i didn't even want them to make it over.

Bloody Awesome experience today. Came in and was seated right away. Restaurant was packed but the waiters had everyone covered. Food was incredible,from the white cheese mack and cheese to their Ribs.
