Worst food in Hiram my stomach started hurting immediately and food looked horrible I tried it because I was really hungry and didn't want to go off appearance. The food was atrocious and burnt i didn't even want them to make it over.

Bloody Awesome experience today. Came in and was seated right away. Restaurant was packed but the waiters had everyone covered. Food was incredible,from the white cheese mack and cheese to their Ribs.

Food and service were amazing! The only suggestion I would make is to somehow reduce the overall noise in the dining room by adding materials and decor that can absorb much of the sound that currently seems to bounce around the restaurant and make it somewhat uncomfortable for those who wear hearing aids.

My family and I visited this location last week and I must say the service from Victor was amazing. Not only was he efficient, but also offered great customer and made the experience enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. Overall, great job from Victor and his team. I will definitely visit this location again.

excellent service today with Ash. Food was good. started off with some either old or oil soaked chips with chips and salsa, but a fresh basket was brought out and all was saved. The new QP burger was seasoned well. i hope it stays on the menu. We did not order it, but many around us ordered the Summer Sprtiz Margaritta $6. the dragonfruit flavor added to the drinks was delicious

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s, and it was all thanks to Ash! From the moment we were seated, Ash was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our dining experience. He checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect ( with a smile). It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. Ash truly made our meal memorable — we’ll definitely be asking for him next time!
