This location is serving terrible food for extremely high prices. Missing items from orders result in a store credit not a refund. Never ordering anything else from them again,!

Two words don’t go this location as this is probably the worst location I’ve ever Been to the portions are awful and the quality of the food does not represent chipotle at all. I’ve Been to may chipotles but this one is not it you’ll be very pissed if you spent money here. i’m warning everyone stay away as much as you are spending. You should get better portions.

This was my first time eating at chipotle and I ordered on the app. It say my order would be ready in 10 mins so I’m sitting there and when the 10 mins was up I’m looking around and the lady is like it’s already ready you have to tell me your here. Hateful as hell. I explained it was my first time i was following what the app said. Still hateful and snappy. We go sit and they got the order completely wrong. So i take it up there and the guy working was like i was bothering him and was like you can go over to her like me coming back up there was a problem. Then i handed my food to the manager and explained and she apologized and like pushed my food back to me and was like we can’t take food back like hateful. Again explaining I’ve never been there but they didn’t seem to care and i probably won’t ever be back. They were more worried about hanging around and taking with their coworkers and pushing off customers to other people because they didn’t want to deal with them. If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what i would do. For the first time the food was ok i would probably change up what i ordered. Just seems like everyone that works there is miserable.

Done with this location. I don't even write reviews, but I feel it's warranted for this matter. Aside from the fact that the employees act as if every single piece of protein is money deducted from their checks, they're extremely unprofessional. The workstation is often not kept clean, and different ingredients are always mixed in with others (i.e, pieces of corn in the salsa). Not to mention, in my most previous visit, while I was waiting to pay for my order, a ROACH LITERALLY crawled right by my feet!!! This place has really gone downhill.

Ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken and fajita vegetables, and the only thing received were the beans and rice. Ordered this out of convenience so I'd have something to eat on my lunch break. I'm out $30 and I will have to spend more time cooking today to meet my nutrition goals.

I ordered through Uber eats but for the full price half bowl and cold food and the other bowl was even lesser portion. I wish I have seen these comments before ordering. When I reached out to Uber eats they said it’s them who poured the portions.

I'm sick after eating at this location, while writing this review. I ordered a brown rice (runny and soggy) double chicken (basically 1 scoop (but charged me 4 bucks more for the non-existent extra runny chicken, black canned runny beans, and tried to monitor how much onions I could get!!! I asked her, so that's double chicken? She proceeded with an attitude and said yes. I got my toppings which I had to watch, because some didn't look appealing. I should have went with my first mind, and asked for my money back. Will I go again....NO.

One of the restrooms was out of order, tables were left un wiped. They had the music turned up so loud in the place I could not even hear what the girls behind the counter were saying to me. I had to ask them to repeat themselves like eight or nine times and mentioned that the music was obnoxiously loud and they just looked at me like I was an idiot.
