The amount of salt in both my dishes was overwhelming. If anyone had actually tasted it before serving, they would have known it was unfit to be served. Not only did it ruin the meal, but it also made me question the quality control in this establishment.

Food is always good, but the dining room had not been addressed and was atrocious. The hot sauce bottles were all sitting there empty. Trash everywhere and the cans overfilled. The manager needs to make this place clean and probably should talk to the staff about being more professional when the customer is ordering.
I normally do not give a bad review, but if the management see this, maybe they will correct the problems.

Me my husband and child went to get food. Me and my child sat for a second until my husband ordered, went up to the lady ordered my bowl, she said went on to the next person without getting my order. After ordering, she didn't even ask about beans, i had to get them from the second girl who was on sour cream and queso. She immediately said next again, without me even GETTING BEANS NOR ORDERING FOOD FOR MY CHILD. Absolutely trash service. The white short girl with brown hair that was on the end asking what your order was, deserves to be fired. Completely ignoring customers and making the bowl smaller because she was annoyed, and the girl next to her on queso made the bowl small because she was annoyed I had to ask her for beans her coworker was supposed to have done? That's a joke.

Absolute worst Chipotle location. I hope you never get the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Faith. Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. She needs a job that doesn’t deal with customers or service. The owner of this location really needs to do an overhaul of this store. Order wasn’t right and Faith was not interested in correcting it or making it right. Very dismissive and wanted me to leave the store without any food even though I had paid already. Faith needs to be fired.

Absolutely awful experience. Every Chipotle I have been too has been a great experience except this particular location. The steak was cold and undercooked. Felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather. The food was not good at all, even my wife was disappointed in the quality of the food we were given. And the fact that this location for some reason never has guacamole available is crazy. Very disappointed with this location. Will not be back.

They screw up online orders they put only meat and rice in my bowl today I had to drive 20 minutes back they refused to give me a refund or any compensation for my time and almost refused to remake my order. Chipotle has become a trash company with terrible employees

The food was excellent. No complaints there. The floor and the tables were super dirty and beyond reasonable. There were seven workers in the back, and even though we asked for them to clean the tables, no one ever came . Now most of the workers were diligently working. However, one guy who was obviously doing nothing but standing chitchatting between the servers and the cashier, said he wasn’t allowed to move. Yet he had time to dance and joke around even though all the tables and the floors were dirty.

My wife and I ordered a to-go dinner from Chipotle tonight and we excited to enjoy our favorite dishes: a Steak Bowl and a Smoked Brisket Bowl, complemented by large chips and queso blanco. Unfortunately, our anticipation quickly turned into horror when we discovered a green bug crawling out from under the lettuce about halfway through our meal.

Finding an insect in our food is not just unsettling; it raises serious concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness and food safety standards. We promptly stopped eating and captured the bug in a ziplock bag as evidence.

When we returned to the restaurant to address this alarming incident, we were met with indifference. Although the young lady at the counter expressed her apologies, we were told that because we ordered online from chipotle.com, there was nothing she could do on-site. This left us feeling frustrated and dismissed. Instead of receiving immediate support and understanding, we were directed to the website, with minimal guidance on how to proceed. It felt as though we were being handed off to a faceless corporation, compounding our disappointment.

To prevent future customers from facing a similar experience, Chipotle should implement a more structured response protocol for such serious issues. Providing cards with clear instructions on who to contact, what information to submit, and expected timelines for resolution would go a long way in restoring customer trust. Additionally, it was disheartening that the manager did not take a moment to inspect our food to verify our claim, which only deepened our feelings of neglect as customers.

Given the lack of accountability and the unsettling experience of finding an insect in our meal, we have decided we will not return to this Chipotle location. I hope this review serves as an important reminder for the management to prioritize food safety and customer care.

First time at this location. Got the burrito bowl every time and they load up the bowl with rice. They should call it a rice bowl. It’s back to Moe’s for me.

This was the first time my husband and I had dined in. We were served cold, unappetizing food: steak rice bowl, beef burrito, and queso for a dip. There was no tea on offer, just soda from a communal dispenser. A table had to be cleaned as they were all filthy. The trashcans were full, making disposing of containers difficult.

Overall, this was a negative and expensive experience; $40+ for food we didn't eat. We will not be returning.

My first time at this location. Arrived at 6:30 with no line so I was excited to grab some food for my family. When I arrived I was advised there was no rice so I ordered a salad, only to find out the establishment was also out of pico. I looked to my left and noticed an employee scooping rice and pico out of containers and asked if I could have some. The employee responded that the section was for online orders only. I politely asked for some pico and some rice. He brought me pico but advised he could not give me rice. I asked to speak to a manager and he advised he could give me rice and proceeded to grab a condiment container. I told him the rice is for my 9 year old daughter and a condiment container would not suffice. He then proceeded to tell me that he has bosses and that online orders bring in more money than in store customers. I have never felt so unappreciated as a consumer, I refused to give my money to an establishment that does not care about their customers. To know someone has a child who is hungry in the car and refuse to serve me rice because an online orders bring takes precedence is completely unacceptable. If there was truly no rice or pico I probably wouldn’t be as upset, but to be refused service and lied to is inexcusable. I will be contacting corporate

This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the second time I've visited the Hiram location, and they were out of a crucial item for a bowl or burrito. The first time, they didn't have any lettuce, and now, on 1/8/2025, they didn’t have any rice. That's just crazy. This location is so poorly managed they might as well shut it down.
