Creekside Golf & Country Club

Hole 16, and 18 were the 2 best holes, absolutely beautiful! But the real recipient of my 5 stars goes to the Starter. 9/10 times, those cats are rough, difficult, and power hungry for whatever reason. This guy had the personality of the last 6 Starters I’ve met combined! I would 100% play there again, just because of him. Owners, or management, whoever fields these reviews, give that man the glory he deserves. There were 2-3 other carts there just to talk to him. Other public courses in the area, take heed! He sets the tone for your round. Can’t remember a cooler Starter! From….the 2 Tennessee Boys, 1 was late!

I rented the hall at Creekside country club and my event was outstanding. The kitchen offered everything that my chef needed and the space was perfect. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to gost an event.

Their Event room is not the place to plan a special event they will double book an event and their way of deciding who will get to keep their event is not based who rented it first but who ever they are going to make more money off of.Steven Ruffing will tell you that is just the decision he made. They will not even realize what they had done so if we had not seen the schedule two days before our event we would have never known they gave it to the other party. Sydney Porter is the one who made this mistake. Think twice before entrusting your special event with Creekside !

We had my grandson's graduation party here. We also have had three birthday parties for my granddaughter. Very nice outdoor atmosphere.

No marshal to police slow play and if they do have a marshal, they don’t do anything to enforce rules. Be prepared to have a 5-6 hour round

We rented the banquet room for a wedding reception. Sydney was more than helpful throughout the process - always available to answer my questions. Staff was friendly each time I visited the location. The venue was beautiful and the reception went very well, we received many compliments.

course is in rough shape, marshals are non-existent, pace of play is awful, and no golf etiquette. Management won't do anything to benefit the members who have paid money. Would not reccomend

If you are looking for an affordable venue, this is your place. Beautiful view the lake, and a wrap around porch. Makenzie is amazing, answered all my questions, and is also very accommodating. My husband and I just celebrated our wedding reception. We were able to come in a day before to decorate. She can provide you with tables, linens, and access to the kitchen and bar. Many places required for you to use their catering services here we were able to bring our own food of course the alcohol has to be provided by the venue. (Pictures not fully decorated)

We play this course a few times a year and it started getting better a few years ago. You could see they were trying to improve it a little each year, which also included raising the price like other courses. But now, it has gone downhill. The course is in terrible shape. Tee boxes are uncut and sandy. Greens have black spots, weeds, bare spots, and mold. So many pitch marks.... because players have no respect and will not repair them. Erosion on the fairways has gotten worse. There are large bare areas on 9 that are just unacceptable. The bunkers are also not maintained, both by the course or from disrespectful players. They do have new carts with GPS, but I think their money would be better spent on the course. This is a shame, because we like the layout and the challenge of the course. So much potential. But now, definitely not worth the price.

Terrible tee boxes some are just pure sand and the greens are even worse the only decent green is on 18 the greens have weeds in them and have zero maintenance done . Don’t waste your money

Although the green condition is a bit disappointing, it is a great place to enjoy exercise.

Tee boxes are half sand or just not cut. They are getting better at cutting fairways and rough but it seems they are lacking experience as they are thick. They’re over watering the greens and getting fungus and divots are crazy because the greens are so soft and over watered.

The course is in decent shape, but tee boxes could use some work and a mow
