Pricey. Good ice cream though

Over $7 for this little blizzard and you call this a medium😳. You lost me as a customer. This is highway robbery right here.
Not handicap friendly when entering building. Was very clean and organized. The cashier was very friendly and polite. Some of the staff were a little impatient but good. Was a nice experience here .
Didn't get our full order. Then had to wait again. No Napkins no fork or Spoons either.

It's simple. I paid almost $6. for 1 scoop of ice cream. I think that says it all. i won't deny that that it was really good but come on.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was very professional and fast. I don’t live close to this location but would definitely come back if I’m back in Hiram.
The two ladies running front counter have great customer service, I walked in and instantly wore a smile, they took time to ask if I wanted to round up, stopped to ask how my day was ect Melissa and Lori thank you again for the wonderful customer service and experience
Raina the manager prepared my blizzards three of them. I had to return because one she prepared wrong, she made two the same with the exception of adding the whipped cream. I proceeded to bring one back to have it remade. She proceeded to say she made it correct that she is a manager and doesn’t make mistakes. Why would I bring one back if it was made correctly. I told her they were the same and she said well I made it the same. She didn’t, she actually made it correctly this time. She didn’t not have to get argumentative with me. All I wanted was a remake to correctly reflect what I ordered. I come here enough that I would know if it’s right or not. I think I will have to stop coming here if I have to get an argumentative manager that feels like she doesn’t make mistakes. Everyone else I have always interacted with there has always been amazing.
