Very bad experience. No team members using hair nets, team members eating in the kitchen around the fryer/grill. Team member drinks beside work station. Gnats all over the tables. I wiped them off. Food was cold. Restaurant was absolutely dirty. I’m not one to complain too much since I work in the food service industry. But this was disappointing. I would not be surprised to see this store closed down at some point.

No complaints from me. Never had an issue here and the food is made correctly and hot and fresh with plenty of meat on the tacos. I usually stop in pretty late within an hour or two of closing and food and service is good.

Stopped by the Hiram location around 7:30pm.. Staff very nice, but food was horrible. The taco shells tasted old musty as if they was stored in moth balls. Unable to reach the store by phone. Will return the food tomorrow. I lives 10 miles away. Stopped on my way home

There is a woman that is literally working by herself and to be specific it is the woman that worked on Wednesday night 1-15-25 around 6:15pm est. She needs to be recognized for her great customer service and great attitude she kept while doing it all by herself. Give that woman a raise! She deserves it!

Why would anyone go to Taco Bell when DEL TACO is right next door? The food is always delicious, the service has been fantastic and i never had any issues. I will never go back to Taco bell again. The del taco in Douglasville five stars also!!!

The last 2 visits were terrible! First visit I went through the drive through, food took a very long time to get then when I got my food the order was wrong so I had to turn around and go back. Second time the restaurant smelt like sewage, 2 of the workers saw us but never acknowledged us. After 2 minutes of waiting for someone to take our order we just left. I’ve been to this restaurant numerous times over the years but it has definitely went down hill.
