Ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal that came with 2 sides and a bread. Cost $9. Was good but portions were small. You can get a 3 piece chicken tender meal with 2 sides and bread for $7 at publix and get twice as much food and meatier chicken.

The food was really good. The business was slow so we got our food very fast! I need more business and they'll really be booming. Please go there, you wont be let down!

My family and I went there today and the experience in a whole was awesome! The waiter, Corina P, took care of us and made our time there very enjoyable. Also, the manager visited our table and was very nice and made sure our experience was superb! Thank you guys for the great experience! We will definitely be back!

Nice casual restaurant with a separate entrance for take out orders. Very clean with attentive service. Food was freshly cooked and very tasty. The peach muffins are fantastic.

The young lady who worked the banquet room tonight, I think her name was Ashley, despite all the kitchen errors, she was the BEST waitress. She was calm and sweet and did everything with such a good attitude. She worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy and I wanted to shout out to her for some amazing customer service. We had a great time. Lauren was a great sever. The only reason to give it a 3 star is due to the fact the place was dirty. The napkin holder had dry food on it, the menu was greasy there was dust all over in big clumps. I also sat near a place were I could see the kitchen and I could see yellow stains all over the wall above the stove as if they havent been cleaned properly for a while.

This is one of the better locations. I used to go to the one on Cobb Parkway and Windy Hill but I stopped going there years ago and now they're finally closed. At this location I love their chicken livers with white gravy and their hush puppies and just about everything else I order. The service is pretty darn fast and today it was busy and it was still pretty darn fast. I go here often.

Just had a great experience with the manager. Folks demise in most locations has come from widespread reputation of terrible service. I was very surprised today when a manager personally reached out to me to substitute an item, then gave me two free veggies because the vegetable plate was not found in the choices on Uber Eats. This may be the last Folks location open anywhere near me so I hope the good customer service is consistent and word spreads.

If you're looking for southern comfort food, it's here! I love their fried green tomatoes, can't get enough of them. My favorite is their Turkey and dressing, anytime of year if you're craving it need comfort they have it. From the hostess, waitress and manager you'll find them welcoming, friendly and checking to make sure all is well. I go here when I want food like at home but someone else made. Have not used rr so I can't comment on those, however when I seated the tables and floors are always clean.

It was okay I haven't been there in years. My only complaint is the biscuits taste sweet and the I'm not sure why but the squash casserole taste like it had a lot of mustard in it. It was odd. I don't remember it tasting like that years ago. And the patato salad was also on the sweet side.

We went to Folks yesterday with our family after church. The hostess was sort of put out that we came in, she slapped the menus on the table. Our server Amy was very nice and got our drink order immediately. We waited for an hour for our food to come out of the kitchen, it was cold and nasty, we sent it back and the one they replaced it with was just as nasty!!! Our waitress kept apologizing for the wait but evidently the kitchen could not get it together!!! We will never go back!!!! If your hungry, don’t go their!!! I would not recommend this place to a dog kennel. Repeat!! Don’t eat their!!!

My family arrived on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm to a VERY busy restaurant. It became apparent quickly that they were EXTREMELY understaffed. However we decided to stick it out as the hostess was so kind. The wait was only about 10 minutes to get a seat, but the poor waitress was running around like crazy. She had half the restaurant and the other waitress had the other half. I didn’t see any other waitress around. The hostess was trying her hardest to help with refills and such too. Our waitress, Jessica, was phenomenal. I mean really, give the girl a raise. She handled being understaffed and overwhelmed with grace. She has things out in a jiffy and got us refills. The food was great. The cooks really did wonderful as well. Honestly, my only complaint is the poor management. I don’t know where the manager was, but they clearly needed to be calling in more employees for a Saturday night during the holidays. If you have some patience, the food is worth. Thank you Jessica for the great service.

We have always had a great experience at this restaurant until today. The floors were very sticky everywhere I stepped. We had to wait forever on our food. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't.

I was really impressed by the quality of service, the quality of the food, and how affordable they are. I didn't have to wait very long for anything, the server was very friendly and accommodating, and the food tasted really good. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys southern cooking and good service.
