tbh hiram sucks no good food places so i had to settle for this place and im full of instant regret. pay attention to the reviews they serve you old food soggy plantains and tasteless cabbage/side dishes! i came in here and after a bad experience i reached out to the manager Nina who took absolutely no accountability and instead spent the call deflecting blame on me. im completely upset i tipped 20 on top of the 23 dollar plate but it’s fine never again.

EXTREMELY SLOW MOVING!! Simply went in for 1 beef patty and waited on the express patty lane like I'm supposed to. Meanwhile, the server/cashier was helping everybody else (3 people) extremely and painfully slow. I just walked out! If you choose to pick up food from here, make sure you done have any plans immediately after. You will be late. This has not been the 1st time but the 1st time I'm leaving a review.

Totally disappointing! I have never had an occasion to taste bland Jamaican food! Shame on yall for selling this to customers. I ordered the. Brown Stew chicken and Rice with Peas Cabbage. None of it had flavor! None! Do not waste your time or money. The chicken parts were hacked into pieces and the chicken was like recycled because it was profusely overcooked! I am pissed we spent over $60 and I really want my money back. SMH!! This is the 2nd location I’ve tried and it was just a tad better in Douglasville but not by much.

For 30 bucks they will serve you oxtail bones. I had to verbally ask the taller lady to please go get another pan of oxtails from the back as the pan she's serving me from only had oxtail bones and gravy left.You would be hard pressed to find the beans in their beans and rice and she will fill the entire to go box up with it....even grocery store Zataran's boxed pinto beans and rice is a better alternative to this placeThe tallest of the lady's at the Hiram location actually counts each piece of plantains as she places them into the to-go box and the same fried plantains are on the all you eat buffet at Golden Corral so how expensive can each individual plantain piece be?They will up charge you to use even your debit cardThe good part of visiting this place with their expensive skimpy portions is that I started cooking my own braised oxtails using a recipe from the web and my crockpot at home never having to visit here ever again
