I will never return. The food was just okay at best. I went with my daughter and 2 year old grandson, who is extremely picky. We brought him some snacks and he did not eat a single item from the buffet. When we checked out they charged us for my grandson. We explained to him that he did not eat, dirty a plate, or even use their silverware. He just set there while we tried to eat. They stated, it is their policy to charge by the person, regardless of whether they eat or not. My daughter asked to see the policy. They said it is just something everyone knows. I hope they choke on that $10. We will never return, and will make sure to tell as many people as possible.

Walking in there is a very filthy fish tank. We were greeted by kind people and shown to our table. The whole restaurant is very dark, even for lunch. Like super dark. The sushi was pretty good, but the orange chicken tastes very strange. We had a strange experience, there were lots of children crying and a man that took the entire section of chicken wings, sat down, and ate the whole thing. None of that is part of my rating, though. Very limited food options all around. The food all looked kind of off, but the sushi tasted good. My date said the kimchi wasn't good. The desserts were all very dry and flavorless. The cakes had a rubbery texture. Was $30 for 2 of us with just waters. The 2 dessert shops next door are in a prime spot. Felt sick immediately after eating before we even left the restaurant. Will not be returning.

Horrible. This is my first time coming here & the first thing i notice is horrible customer service. The food is not at the correct temperature & it’s very very low grade. Me & somebody I went with felt SICK after eating here. I guarantee they would fail inspection on a regular basis. No wonder they have such a low score. The older lady is just RUDE. Acts like she’s inconvenienced.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Ichiban Buffet, after seeing advertised on billboards but unfortunately the customer service made it hard to do so. The food itself is okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. On my first visit, I noticed something concerning. I watched as tables around me were regularly cleared, yet my table sat with multiple plates piling up. It wasn’t until I had finished eating and had about four plates sitting there that someone finally removed them. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and overlooked. I decided to give the restaurant another chance, but on my second visit I had to walk out. I simply asked the hostess a question about the specials, and she responded while rolling her eyes with a very dismissive attitude. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving how guests are treated.

I do really like this place all things considered, me and my family go here a lot because there is a small variety but I do wish there was more because after awhile it can become boring but its pretty damn good food the pork dumplings and the crayfish are pretty good not the best I have ever had but would definitely say its worth a try, the desserts are great though I love the ice cream sandwich cake thing, though the bathrokms are pretty run down but they are decently clean at least, the staff is okay freindly but are pretty dry and never will approach you about the food but maybe once and then disappear, love the food would say its worth it if anyone is in the mood!
