The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I wish I could rate 0/5 stars! First off the wings were extremely lacking any flavor; the Buffalo tasted like a straight up vinegar shot and the lemon pepper tasted like I just walked passed the lemon aisle at Kroger. The meal said it came with curly fries which I was very excited for because usually you don’t see wings/curly fries combination….when I opened the box there was no curly fries but soggy regular fries that I would bet $ on came from a frozen bag. ( I added some season salt and tossed them in the air fryer and it made them a little better).The meal came with ranch as a dipping sauce(which you can’t change) and I ordered an extra side of blue cheese. The ranch was extremely watery, the consistency was sort of like when you put a little water in a jar of spaghetti sauce and shake it up to get the last little bit of sauce out. The blue cheese had nothing blue in it, it was basically just mayonnaise. I’ve lived in the metro Atlanta area my entire life so I have had my fair share of wings and these are BY FAR the worst wings I’ve had. Do you remember when McDonald’s temporarily sold wings? Those were better quality and tastier wings than It’s Just Wings.

Ordered 44 boneless wings, with 4 different flavors. 3 out of the 4 had barely had any sauce. We’re plain & dry. This was a pick-up order. Watched the girl inspect all boxes before bagging them, she had to have noticed it too. But never said anything. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Update on my review: They gave me a refund for the meal. Everyone makes mistakes, so I chalk this up as human error. This Chili's (It's Just Wings) is great! My hubby and I dine there often. I hope folks give them a chance. We'll be back. Original review: I am very disappointed with It's Just Wings. I only received half my order! I probably won't order again. This Chili's is usually very good, but the carryout needs work. Very disappointed.

I personally didn’t want to give them the one star! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, the order was placed thru DoorDash and the food was TERRIBLE fries were greasy chicken was hard and and the taste was as if it was refried in old grease ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Stay away this is your sign! I wanted to call them but after googling and seeing the reviews the are aware and they are not worth my breath!

Ordered wings online picked 2 flavors. Called in 7mins later to make sure they were EXTRA crispy.Arrived 25mins later and was told one of my flavors was unavailable. Asked if they had been cooked because i have people at home working and i was on a serious time crunch. Young lady assured me they just needed to be sauced and it would take a couple minutes. 17mins later she appeared and i asked what was going on. She said she would go get them. 4mins later i walked in to tell her i had workers in my home and i had to leave. Got home and called for a refund only to be told they DON'T DO REFUNDS!!!I WILL NEVER EVER CONSIDER RETURNING. THIEVES!!!

Mold on 2 of the 6 pies. Forgot fries and ranch on both wings orders so had to turn around to get them. Didn't see mold until I got home.
Awful. Horrible experience from the beginning all the way to the end when I threw it all away and ordered from another restaurant to feed the family. Fries were soggy like they had been soaked in grease. The boneless wings were cold and overcooked. It's just wings is just a no. A solid no. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered thru doordash. Ordered boneless and recieved bone-in. Called to try to get it fixed and was told since I used door dash there was nothing they could do even though they admitted to making them wrong. I then asked for a refund and was hung up on. Decided to eat the wings anyways and they were raw. Will never eat here again.
