We were there tonight for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were at a table. Then 3 different people asked if we had been helped. We told each one no. Finally a girl comes over and takes our drink order. We sat there another 10 minutes and never got our drinks. Worst service ever.

Several patrons were waiting to be seated when I entered the restaurant. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we all left. Terrible experience!

My husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon. Several tables had not been cleaned from the lunch rush. Our Server was non-existent. Ordered an Angry Orchard and was told keg was untapped (?), ordered a coke and received diet coke. Only table besides ours had 7 people, but the order took forever to come out and was lukewarm. I had to stalk another worker to get silverware. Problems running our ticket (of course) and server thought the whole thing was funny! What a waste of our good money and time. Will not be returning to this location again.

We asked for extra mayonaise got none no onions yet im picking them off honey mustard all over my to go.plate no or barely no cheese so dissapointed steak and cheese tasted old and dry not at all impressed but hey no hair this time thats an improvement!

Can’t really say I had a bad experience because my wait was so long I left and didn’t get to enjoy the food. The place was dead so I can’t understand why we waited so long to be served with just water. After 20 mins we finally received a menu and some water. I put my appetizer order in, in preparation for a long wait for my entree. I finally decided to just asked for a to go box and the check.

I hate to leave this review but the wait and service was beyond what is acceptable given the restaurant wasn’t busy AT ALL. The fried pickles were just ok but they give you a lot.

Went in to eat today and two servers were yelling and cussing at each other. Stood around for 5 minutes waiting to be seated but everyone in the back was to busy bickering so we just left. Very disappointing

It was okay for late night munchies. Was very dead which I didn't mind. Waitress was attentive and food came out quickly. Husband's burger could have been better. Tad mushy.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The presentation of this food is awful. It looks like everything was thrown in the bag, tossed around and no slight of care in the way for how it looks. Even when the lady brought it out I saw the chili just laying on the side in the bag. Like seriously? Big chunks of lettuce, the chicken was hard, probably old, and I found a hair. Smh . Yeah I don’t think i’ll be coming back because this is ridiculous spending my money on food and then it looks like crap.

Cheering out loud for my favorite team received many strange looks and comments, despite the fact it’s set up with so many TV’s like a sports bar. The server was sweet and the food was good.

Overpriced for the serving size. $2.49 upcharge for a half a handful of sweet potato fries. Fried fish was on the verge of overcooked. Server was very nice

I ordered a burger, picked it up, and felt mush. They were also out of glasses even though there were only a handful of customers. The service was good but the quality gets negative stars. How does Jefferson’s allow this place to operate like this?

I went to the Hiram, GA location today at 12:20p.m. for the first time. The manager was very rude and un-professional. I am very offended and disappointed at her actions as a manager. At this time, I would not recommend this place of business due to the actions of how I was treated as a customer. I hope the corporate office will reach out to me to resolve this major issue.

Served warm mayo which should be refrigerated. And then watched our waitress change a diaper behind the bar. And did not wash her hands. NEVER Again!!! 🤢 I usually tip 25-30%. Not this time.
