Went through the drive-through and witnessed an employee cussing out another employee. Very uncomfortable situation not a very good atmosphere that you would want to go eat at management should be aware and take control of the situation. This is a very hostile work environment.
Had a party catered for 25+ people last night. The amount of professionalism of the driver, timing and help was exceptional. The food was amazing and everybody kept complementing us on how tasty it was. Will definitely order food for all our parties from here on out!

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but over the past year it seems like they've become more focused on aesthetic than genuine comfort (which I think many people can agree is more important). The seating went from being mostly booths to mostly chairs (and uncomfortable ones at that). The building is also noticably more noisy than it used to be, which really doesn't work with my family's needs. Overall, I think their food and service are still good, but the changes they made to the atmosphere is enough to deter me from going back anytime soon. I don't like being that person, but I do think something needs to be said for people who maybe haven't been back in a while.

This was our first time visiting this place and it was Amazing totally amazing extremely good, we got our food in 10 minutes even with the place very busy . Service was perfect food perfect, is rare to find restaurants like this .
Undercooked everything. Fries that needed another minute, very undercooked burger. Seems that they were in a hurry to get them orders out quick instead of good. Cool waitress though.

Food was terrific service is awful ? did not ever get a refill on the drink I payed over 3 bucks for ....definitely no to go cup ..she brought the ticket and lays it in my To go box and promptly walks off not leaving a pen to sign it or fill out a tip ...took another 5 minutes to flag down a different person just to get a pen ...wow just wow

A typical bbq chain nothing more and nothing less. Before being seated, we waited roughly about 15 mins it was only the fact that another couple arrived that someone came over to assist us to our seat. Our server was okay, she was calm and collective. Help me make sense of why the plate came to us hot but the food on it was room temp? Idk, but I guess everything was okay. Not good or bad.

I recently visited Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q in Hiram, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. While the barbecue was enjoyable, the real highlight of the meal for me was their cheese muffins — they were absolutely delicious! Our server was very attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The service definitely stood out and added to the positive experience. I'd recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area!

Pork was like steamed or stewed… again no flavor whatsoever. French fries were limp as well. What the heck happened to these guys? The days of low and slow with hickory are over for these guys.
