When I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza, I open the box and told the employee there that I had more crushed than I did topping. There was at least 2 inches all the way around the pizza. It was just crushed. They said I can make you another pizza, my opinion if you made it right the first time I wouldn’t had to make another one. I’ve had this happen before at this location so unfortunately this is the last time I will be dining at your restaurant or taking out normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m just not happy with the service I get out of this.

So we had this pizza delivered. Plus wings. The wings weren’t the flavor we asked for. We asked for Garlic Parmesan. We received plain wings.

I knew I should have left after I saw the manager and another employee working dough balls with bare hands reaching in and out of their pockets and back to the dough. DISGUSTING!!!

I called Marcos Hiram ga location on 8/17/24 at 6:58pm due to the coupon online not working. I asked to speak with a manger I politely gave him my name and ask his name he told me that personal and he don’t give his name to customers. I found that to be wierd . I’m sure he wears a name tag while working . However the problem was not resolved . He advised the coupons on the website are not valid at this franchise store. Welp I’m bout call corporate. I called back to get the general manger number and the same manger advised he will reach to the general manger with my number when he get time. Refused to give me his name and number.
Marcos Hiram is the place to eat ate!! They are very professional and the food is delicious. As you can see in this presentation, the quality is unmatched. Ashton and whichever crew is working with him, they always provide excellent service.

One the workers was handling the pizza dough with no gloves and then he picked up a cell phone and was touching it after he was touching the dough nasty
